Excellent service and patience!!!

I brought my sister, visiting me from out of town, to Sherri at Audio Nova. Sherri took the time to patiently look at her phonak hearing aides snd see that they were perfectly adjusted. Bringing happiness and smiles to my sisters face.

When my hearing aid went out, I panicked—especially as a teacher who depends on it every day. Sherri was absolutely wonderful. She was professional, incredibly kind, and immediately put me at ease. She quickly diagnosed the problem as a receiver wire and fixed it right away. Her compassion and expertise made such a stressful moment so much better. I can’t say enough about Sherri Morales with AudioNova. She took the time to explain to me and Chris on how hearing works and helped me better understand what Chris was going through with severe hearing loss. She then explained how the new hearing aids are going to work for Chris. She was friendly, very knowledgeable about hearing and hearing aids. Sherri was also very accommodating to our schedules and ensured us she was here to help however she could.

They were so caring and helpful when 1 of our mother’s hearing aids stopped working. She is not in good health and unable to come into the office. They went above and beyond by contacting the manufacturer and explaining our needs. Words are not adequate to express how appreciative we are for their help.

Connect hearing in Jasper GA is a one Audiologist office. The one health care provider that i am absolutely thrilled with. She knows her stuff and makes sure that we know what we are doing with our new hearing appliances. Her follow up is also very professional. She is a caring soul and i pwersonally have used her services several times. Until my insurance company decided to change providers. i was miserable for 3 years, going through 4 audiologist in the three year time period. Tonya you are great!

I've been there three times with my elderly mother who has only 10% hearing. Once I had an appointment and the other two times I didn't. They never turned us away when we didn't have an appointment. All three times they gave us great service. The staff goes out of their way to properly communicate with my mother and that's not common with other healthcare professionals I encountered. My mother loves this place and I share her opinion.
