Paid 3000 they are terrible. I wear prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses they fall off when charging from one to another. They do not stay in your ear. The volume control does not work as told and you get a lot of echoing in each ear. They do not make hearing clearer just louder .i waited to long to return them when i did ask i never heard back. Save your money if you want hearing aids buy the cheap ones saw some on the internet for 99.00. Right now i am not using them looking into other options. Would not let me post this unless i gave one star does not deserve any stars

Hearing loss can be a lot to take and handle, but Lacey and Sara made my experience with this whole situation. Amazing. Both the ladies are very efficient and patient. I feel like I got a quality experience and that they truly cared. I was not just a number. I would recommend this place to anyone. I struggled for 10 years in and out of places trying different hearing aids and nobody ever made me as comfortable as these two ladies, this company should be proud to have them

Sarah listened and was very professional & personable. She also answered all my questions and really seemed to care about my wife Katherine.

Great experience, just had no idea my hearing had gotten so bad until family started complaining. Trevor gave me a whole new lease on life.

Elite changed their name to Audio Nova. I went to The Washington Rd location in Evans, Ga. Sara, my Audiologist, went above and beyond my expectations from my hearing test to allowing me to test the hearing aids at home. My care was personalized with genuine care and kindness. I did not feel pressured to purchase hearing aids but did feel taken care of. Audio Nova is not a provider of my Insurance Co and they were happy to work with me financially. I liked the hearing aids, easy to wear, and helped me hear. I personally have chosen to wait on getting hearing aids bc I am right on the borderline of needing them, however I will choose Audio Nova for my hearing care when I am ready.

We came into the office for hearing aid adjustment and the girls told us to come back in 15 minutes because they were in training. We came back in 20 minutes and then they told us we need an appointment. My mom paid $3,000 for the hearing aids and every time we’ve come in to have them fitted properly they can’t seem to get it right. The girl at the front desk is rude. I would not ever come back.

Do not waste your time on this clinic in Oshkosh. I bought hearing aids from them, at 1 appointment the technician did not come to work. At 2 appointments, the time was different than what the appointment card said, and I waited for the most recent visit 35 minutes past the corrected appointment time with no explanation, and I left. Receptionist disappeared into the back. I called the corporate phone number and the representative said to find another clinic, there were all sorts of problems at this clinic in Oshkosh.

Joseph is outstanding. He takes an incredible amount of time to make sure one is satisfied and has the right aid. Denise is the best receptionist I have ever come in contact with

Sandra Jameson is the most professional Hearing Instrument Specialist I have ever encountered. She is thorough, courteous and I can highly recommend the Brevard, NC office to anyone in the area. My hearing aids were dispensed by the VA but it made no difference to the service she provided. She rechecked my hearing and adjusted my aids and would not take a dime for my visit. I previously visited and she made a repair replacing the part that connects the ear piece to the aid, again no charge. Definitely a great place!!!

This place started out great for me. I got hearing aids here about a year ago and at first everything was wonderful--I was able to hear like I could years ago. The specialist was very patient, explaining what my problem involved, the best way to overcome it, and the hearing test was very thorough. Over the last three months, though, things have gone far south. The sound is often tinny, like robots are talking to me, or "echo-y" like I'm in a deep well. I have been in at least twice to get the hearing aids adjusted but it doesn't hold very long. They even sent the hearing aids back to the factory the last time, but now the left one doesn't work at all. The turnover here is unreal--the specialist has left and they seemingly can't keep a front desk receptionist for more than 2 weeks. I have called many times to get a new appointment and the phone is never answered. I leave a message and never receive a return call. I go next week to pick up some hearing aids from Miracle-Ear and hopefully they will be the solution for which I have been searching, and thought I had found.

My new Phonak hearing aids are fantastic. Sounds are so much clearer and crisper than my old aids. They are very comfortable in my ears and make wearing them a pleasure. The team at Elite Hearing Center in Macon has been very helpful and supportive. No pressure whatever to make a change but just genuine concern for my better hearing. I highly recommend them.

I had a very pleasant experience at Elite hearing on Augusta st.,Greenville. Cameron & Katie make a Terrific team-they are friendly, very knowledgeable & professional. The whole process was comfortable and the phonak hearing aids are just what I as looking for. I highly recommend this team/office!

Present hearing aid works much better now. Also, learned the importance of wearing them at least six hours a day, even if alone and just doing odds and ends around the house and casually watching TV or listening to music, without interacting with anyone.

Had to change my review, Everthing has been nicely taken care of. the people at elite on malabar in palm bay, fl are very nice and went out of way to help. the new phonak line are much better.

Dr. Katie Walsh at Madison West was extremely competent and thorough in assessing my moderate hearing loss. I had previous tests but none were as complete as this one. When it came time for her to recommend hearing aids she was not pushy, but rather told me the percentage of people with hearing loss like mine who loved them after their trial period and those who simply returned them and said they were not yet ready. I waited several months and then went back to try them. She knew which hearing aid would help me the most and I am so glad that I tried them. She did not recommend the most expensive ones but rather the one that would be best for me. I highly recommend her.

I came in with a special need. Sarah and Dr Walsh did some research and provided help in a most fantastic manner. They bent over backwards to understand my issues and solved my problem. I was referred to them and they absolutely deserved the referral and give them the highest rating.

Trevor was more than helpful and they spent time talking to me and helping me to better understand the equipment and all about my personal hearing loss.

I had the opportunity to have my hearing tested by Greg at the Elite Hearing Center on 27th street in Franklin, WI. Greg did an excellent job in diagnosing my various problems including my bout with ongoing and constant tinnitus. His recommendations for which hearing aids would be most effective at improving my hearing were spot on. I appreciated his patience and the thoroughness of the testing process. Furthermore, Greg tested my Widex hearing aids and fine tuned them for my current condition. I left the Elite Hearing Center with improved hearing and a tremendous appreciation for Greg and his company. As a U S Army Veteran I can heartily recommend Greg and the Elite Hearing Center on 27th street in Franklin, WI for all your hearing improvement needs.

I had a pleasurable experience here. The receptionist Jessica was so friendly and knowledgeable. She answers every question i had. Dave was also very nice!

I took my mother-in-law in to have one of her hearing aids repaired. The staff was quick with the repair and very friendly, as well as professional. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Elite Hearing Center of Evans is a wonderful place to go for help with hearing loss. From the smiling receptionist/office manager, Allie, who always has a happy greeting to the hearing specialist, Ed, the whole experience is enjoyable. I highly recommend using this particular establishment!

Before Elite Hearing Centers of America, or "EHCA" as i affectionately refer to it, i couldn't even hear myself think. Now i can hear various frequencies of colors and numbers. I kid, but it was truly an experience for sharing. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this place!!! I took my elderly grandmother in here to get her hearing aids done. When you first walk in Allie greets you with a smile. She made the whole process so easy & she was so patient with my grandmother. Allie answered all of our questions. Allie knows how to do her job well and made the appointment enjoyable.

I recently came in to Elite Hearing Center of America and took my friend. When I came in I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Amanda was the first person we dealt with and she very helpful and answered any questions we needed. Zachary (who was the specialist) was as nice as he can be. He was so knowledgeable and helped my friend get what he needed. Zachary did not try to pressure us to buy anything and truly wanted to help my friend and not make a sell. Both Zachary and Amanda made me and my friends experience amazing. The price was not the point to Zachary it was getting what my friend needed. I can tell it was not the money or sell but the personal connection he made to not just my friend but everyone I saw that came in.
