Help at Decatur with Patty is excellent and I highly recommend her!

Took care of all my mother's needs. I did not realize how much her hearing had declined. We had an anatomy lesson (brief) which helped us understand the process of hearing. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. We both left in tears and gratitude for the help we received this morning. Thank you so much for this early blessing in 2026!

Anyone with a hearing problem needs to know how great Patti is at Audio Nova (in Decatur) I was fitted for a Phonak hearing aid at another dealer’s about a year ago, and it never worked satisfactorily… Today Patti adjusted it for me and the world is a different place! Everything is clearer and I don’t feel so isolated anymore. Patti has my vote of confidence, and I’ll never trust anyone else with my “ears” again. She is just AMAZING!!!

Patti at Audio Nova in Decatur is the BEST! She goes above and beyond, and changed my sister’s and my mom’s world by giving them their hearing back. Have had other “hearing experts” before, but Patti is superior!

This place is amazing. Im getting a set of custom IEMs and the company is being VERY picky with how they want the ear molds to be made and the team here has been incredibly helpful with me having to come back 3 times and get my molds remade. They only charged me for the first ones, and each time after has been free. I really cant thank the team here enough for the hard work and lovely willingness to help me get the ride molds made.

Great experience with Audio Nova! Had an issue with my hearing aid. I was squeezed in the next morning and the problem was taken care of in 15 minutes, all with the helpful staff at Audio Nova. Patty was friendly, funny, professional and good at fixing my aid quickly. Highly recommend Audio Nova and their great staff!

Giving up the hearing professional I had used for more than 20 years when I moved to Decatur was hard. How would I ever find someone as skilled and understanding of my needs? All I had to do was walk in to AudioNova/Connect Hearing in downtown Decatur! Patty is unbelievably thorough, skilled, and detail-oriented. She doesn't take shortcuts or have a generic solution for everyone. If I'm not happy about something then she's not happy either--the ultimate professional. She knows the software and capabilities of various hearing devices and can easily choose from among them for a perfect recommendation. She knows my phone software, too, and set it up for me in about 30 seconds. I have found a hearing professional even better than the one I had before. All of the things that AudioNova claims to do on its website are true. I couldn't recommend Patty in their Decatur location more highly.

Alex at the Decatur store has kept my hearing aids in top shape for the past three years. Recently, I had an accident with one of them and it was replaced promptly and no charge. Best customer service i had ever experienced. Highly recommend this location and Alex.

Alex is a joy to work with. He listens to what the client is saying and spends as much time as needed to get everything right. Finding the right combination of settings for digital programmable hearing aids can be tedious and time-consuming, but he never rushes the client. If re-tweaks are needed at a later time he will take care of everything with a smile on his face. He has gone out of his way to handle emergencies for me, and never seems to get flustered or frustrated.
