I have been wearing hearing aids for nearly five years. In the year that I’ve been coming to the Brunswick Audio Nova location I’ve received exceptional service. Everyone is helpful, pleasant, and great at their jobs. Jessica has been kind, understanding, and patient with my many questions. She is very, very good at all aspects of her job. She programmed my old hearing aids so they worked more effectively and helped me with new ones when I needed them. Hearing aids are both a major expense and, for many of us, key to functioning fully in the world. I am grateful to have found professionals I trust so much with this important aspect of my health.

Jessica Hanely was very professional and friendly. Tested my hearing and fitted me with the perfect hearing aids. Very reasonable price. Paid alot more for my last pair from another place that just couldn't get them adjusted right. Jessica nailed it the first time and fined tune them after a week. Outstanding job!!

I was recently fitted with Phonak hearing aids from Elite Hearing Centers in Brunswick, Georgia. I had a great experience with their service. Jessica was the Hearing Aid Specialist who worked with me to ensure I was fitted with the best type of aids for my needs. Jessica truly cares about her patients; she was very thorough, understanding, and compassionate. I am very pleased with my Phonak hearing aids and Jessica's excellent service. Had appointment October 24th. No customer service. No hearing aid. Today November 14 th. No return calls. Terrible, just terrible

My husband and I both bought hearing aids from Elite Hearing and we can't say enough about Mr. Storman who helped us decide on what we needed. We have used two other hearing aid places and this is by far the best. We found Mr. Storman to be honest and really cares about people. He was fun to talk to and not pushy and we both highly recommend him and this facility!!

I was replacing 10 year old aids that I knew were no longer working for me. Storman first helped get all the wax out of my ears. The next step was a hearing test to help determine the correct new aids for me. In the end, Storman recommended new aids that are providing the best hearing I've had in over 40 years. Could not be happier with my experience at Elite Hearing Center in Brunswick Georgia. I went in to have my hearing aids checked. I had not purchased them from elite but Storman was happy to spend an hour testing my hearing aids and cleaning them. I am a winter visitor and had purchased my hearing aids in my hometown. I saw an ad in the newspaper and was skeptical that I would get such good service without a charge. Nevertheless I took a chance and greatly benefited from my visit. I would strongly recommend that anyone who is needing new hearing aids should go to elite.They would definitely help you find the best aids for you and they would spend time to teach you how to use them. They also give continuing service and as I say in my case took wonderful care of me even though I had not purchased my hearing aids from them. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. My Phonak hearing aids are provided by the VA and they require me to bring them to the VA center in Dublin, GA for repair which is 2 1/2 hours away. The fine folks at Elite Hearing Center in Brunswick, GA fixed them for free. Highly recommend them.

Storman saved the two of us more than $7,000 over the competition. He explained why we didn't need the most expensive versions that we were quoted by others. We didn't have to go online to get a great price and personal service (for years to come). He's honest and really cares about his clients. You can't go wrong by seeing Storman.

I finally decided I needed to get some hearing aids in March 2021. Called Elite Hearing, Brunswick, Ga. and spoke to Storman Glass, who is a very friendly and likeable person and is very knowledgeable about hearing aids. I got a pair of Phonak P 90's and have been back to see Storman for office visits and remote sessions several times and he always strives to make sure I'm happy with HAs and that they are working properly. Storman has always been available and responded to questions or concerns I have had. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

After resisting getting hearing aids for many years, I am now very happy I have them. Mr. Glass spent a lot of time and care testing and explaining everything to me. He has also been very accessible whenever I've had a problem or question, so things have gone smoothly. I can now actually carry on actual conversations with people instead of smiling and nodding like an idiot. I highly recommend fence-sitters give Mr. Glass a try.

Was a great informative and enlightened first visit, pleasantly surprised by how Dr Glass demonstrated Features with my Phonak Hearing AIDS I was previously not aware of.

I am still thanking my friend for suggesting I visit the Elite Hearing Center in Brunswick, Georgia to address my hearing loss. When I made the appointment with Storman Glass, the hearing aid specialist, he told me to bring my wife with me because she would take part in the hearing test that I would receive. I waited to see why he wanted her there. When I got to his office, I was seen immediately and the test lasted for well over an hour. Storman had my wife speak into the microphone and say certain words to me during the test. I’m glad she participated because I repeated half of the words she said incorrectly. With all of this information in hand, Storman was able to make an accurate assessment of my hearing aid needs. Storman did not pressure me to buy any particular hearing aid but rather worked with me for several months adjusting the volume, etc. on the ITC hearing aid that I selected. Subsequently, I told Storman that this particular hearing aid was not working for me and received a full refund. I plan to visit Storman again in October to try out a different hearing aid. Storman is an incredible hearing aid specialist who I recommend to anyone who is looking for answers about hearing problems.

I wanted to wait a few months before I gave a review. Elite in Brunswick Georgia was a good choice. Storman and Lydia were very professional and treated me like family. I Am enjoying hearing things I never heard before. A plus is being able to answer my phone using my hearing aids via Bluetooth. Nice to know you can visit any time if a problem arises.

My husband Stan purchased hearing aids 2 years ago from Elite hearing. He was very pleased and has been since purchase. We sheltered in place until vaccinated, then made an appointment to check his aids. Stormin did a complete hearing test and an adjustment. He was so knowledgeable and professional. Stan did not need new hearing aids, which we were afraid he would. We would never go anywhere but Elete. The company and its employees are so trustworthy. Thank you Stormin and Elite.

Couldn’t have had a better experience. Was having difficulty hearing the timber of my husband’s voice. Paige had him come in and go through vocal exercises while she adjusted my hearing aids to my advantage. I was also having trouble with background sounds on the tv, in conversations, etc. and Paige worked with me and my new aids until this issue was resolved. I was encouraged to return whenever I might have a concern. I truly felt that the entire staff wanted me to have the best fit, the best performance possible with my new hearing aids. I have already recommended Elite Hearing Center of Brunswick to several of my friends, and will continue to do so. I couldn’t be happier.

My search for hearing aids was not easy ! I researched every source of information that I could find to determine the best aids for my needs. In addition, I had tried aids that were recommended by audiologists both in Brunswick as well as in distant locations. When I first visited Elite Hearing Centers in Brunswick I was confused and disappointed from the aids that I had tried in these locations . At my first appointment, I was impressed with the professional appearance of the Center and my initial test by Specialist Paige Emling was amazingly thorough and I felt comfortable with her professional demeanor. This effort did not end with the initial visit and there followed a series of conferences , tests and “try -outs” of several aids to fit my preferences and needs . As an active professional, I needed aids that could handle the disparate environments of my requirements with ease of charging and comfort. Paige was more interested in accomplishing this than in making a sale and this required a great deal of patience, perseverance and dedication on her part to finally find the aids that best fit my needs. She was also aware of the importance of value and costs and the aids she provided, met these criteria. I think that the most important ingredient in Paige’s treatment is that she cared and respected my needs. She and her Office assistant Brandy extended attractive, competent welcoming service to me during the months required in determining the best solution for my hearing needs. I highly recommend Elite Hearing .The company is all about customer service from the minute you walk in the door. Paige and Brittany are extremely knowledgeable and professional about all of the products and services . Paige fits you with the brand and model that is best for you . I am visiting the area for the month of February and found myself in need of a hearing aid center because the tube that fits into the ear on my hearing aid came off and could not be repaired. They did not have the part in stock and had to order it. When the tube came in it was the wrong kind of tube. After many conversations with the manufacturer the correct part was ordered. The ladies at Elite were professional, pleasant and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone in need of hearing aid services.
