AudioNova - Torrington

Today was my first visit to AudioNova. I found the office clean and well organized and the staff very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They gave me all the time I needed and clearly answered my questions. There was no pressure whatsoever to purchase any particular model. I highly recommend John Latte and his staff. I picked AudioNova out of necessity because they accept my insurance, and I couldn't be happier. Hearing instrument specialist John Latte is extremely knowledgeable, and one of the best explainers I have ever come across. I was completely confident in making my choice of hearing aid in the first meeting, thanks to John, and the second appointment (installation) was even more rewarding. John treats everyone like family, and is so lucid in explaining the nuances of the equipment that you feel relaxed as you learn. You can't do better than John Latte for hearing aid help. AudioNova in Torrington is a blessed place.

Great experience! Highly recommend Andrea and team! We are from out of town and my 90yr old father’s hearing aid failed. I stopped in without an appointment and asked for help. The hearing aid was old and we had our doubts that it could be fixed. Andrea promptly evaluated and fixed the hearing aid while I waited. They are a great resource!
