The JFK office has a professional feel and decor. Ross and Theresa are informative and very helpful. Highly recommend! Update: JFK Office in Ft. Collins is closed now and no warning offered, as my Wife had an appt scheduled. She had to call Connect Hearing in Loveland to get answers. Loveland could not offer reasons why she was not notified, but she visited Loveland location and liked the staff there. They were very helpful in assisting my Wife. Connect Hearing has been closing offices nation wide with no notification to patients.

A very informative and plesant experience.

I visited Ross Archie at Connect Hearing a week ago for a hearing test and some 30 dB hearing plugs for my work with some loud sounds. I like to keep track as I expect it to decrease also due to aging (I know my dad's did). The test is free. I found Ross pleasant, easy, and very knowledgeable. He tested not only hearing levels but also with background noises. The earplugs are custom molded to my ears thus are an excellent fit and comfortable to wear during work. The price is very affordable. We compared the plugs to my 30 dB earmuffs that I have used until now and had bought in a local store. The earplugs he made are much better, so I am using those at my work now. In the end I asked and he gave me a copy of the graph with all data he had taken for my own records. Excellent service! I recommend him to anyone who wonders about having a test done. Dr. Leo Moorman

The Connect team fitted me for hearing aids about 3 years ago. The Phonak equipment has served me well. hey periodically contact me to come in to check the performance and adjust/repair the equipment if needed. At the last visit they sent my equipment in under warranty for the needed repairs. I have recommended them to friends and will again.

I am so impressed with the technology that is used here. From seeing the inside of my ears on the computer screen to the word testing with "restaurant background noise - dishes clanging, people talking, music playing" - to being put in a soundproof booth to test my hearing range was just amazing and state-of-the-art. Ross made me feel really comfortable and although my hearing loss is "moderate" - when he put hearing aids on me that were adjusted just for me, my hearing ability in restaurant noise went from 75% to 100% - 25% improvement in just an hours' time. I highly recommend Connect Hearing in Fort Collins!

I'm only 57 and haven't had any real issues with my hearing but, my wife asked me to get it tested anyway (apparently she thought differently - LOL). Ross walked me through some simple tests and then put me in the sound booth for a thorough test of different frequencies and volume levels . . . pretty cool equipment and process! Anyway, the final report shows a couple of frequencies that I definitely have a slight issue with. Ross told me that there was no need for any hearing devices at this point and just recommended that I check it every couple of years and compare it to the baseline that we established this first visit. I really appreciate their professionalism and that fact that they didn't immediately recommend hearing aids for the minor hearing loss I have at this point. I will definitely be back in a couple of years to see if anything has changed. It was definitely worth doing a hearing test at this point, and I would recommend Connect Hearing if you or someone in your family has hearing issues or hearing aids. Very nice offices and very nice people!

I found Connect Hearing to be highly professional and with a great attention to detail. The office was very clean and friendly, as was the whole staff. They really listened to my questions and concerns and made every effort to answer and alleviate them. I am very please with the care I received.

This office has been great! Very friendly and extremely helpful. They have repaired molds, connecting wires, compilots...you name it. And they clean my aids every four months for free. And its not just this office. I purchased hearing aids for my sister who lives in Florida and she loves her Contact Hearing Audiologist also.

Recently had a hearing test with Ross. He is great, professional courteous and very knowledgable and he relayed that information to me in a way that was easy for me to understand. I highly recommend!

I have been helped by three Connect Hearing technicians, over the years, Kyle being the most recent. All my customer service experiences with this team have met my needs and expectations, to the fullest, each and every time I have called on them. Most recently, Kyle helped guide me through the complexities of selecting new hearing aids to replace my 10 year old Phonaks. He helped me assess my needs and thoroughly explained the product options available for meeting those needs. He went into this with a complete understanding of my hearing profile and the hearing environments I encounter. He then applied his extensive knowledge of their line of products to present me with my best options. Not once did I feel sales pressure, but most definitely felt supported in making a good decision. Add to this exceptional service, Theresa's kind and helpful approach to scheduling and answering questions, and you have a great team.

Staff is knowledgeable, courteous and really very thorough with any problem solving or maintenance of my hearing aids. I can recommend them without hesitation.

05/19/2018 Have to say the "Ross Guy" at Ft. Collins, CO. was quite welcoming and kind...had a warmth we don't usually see. Was competent and answered all my questions, even gave me pros and cons of each device. Good rep. of the company. 02/2017Kyle took an unusual amount of time with me and my devices. Although others had "examined" and found my Siemens hearing aides had defective microphones, Kyle re-calibrated them, cleaned them and the result was clearer, more precise hearing than ever I experienced! Way to go Kyle!! 12/2019 I recently had some minor adjustments for Kyle to make to my devices at Connect Hearing. Myra, always welcoming, offered some coffee whilst I waited. Kyle was understandably running a little late. He escorted his client [using her walker] from his office, saying " Now, mam, please let me know if you have any problems. I will see you right away...at 102 years old, I congratulate you." That's Kyle.

My hearing specialist, Misty Crespo, works at Connect Hearing in Ft Collins CO. Misty was enourmously helpful in testing and fitting three different devices, the most sophistocated of which I decided to purchase. Her demeanor is open, friendly and very competent. She is among the most capable and caring health care providers I have ever worked with. I would give Misty the highest possible rating for haer caring and professional help.

Misty Crespo is an exceptional audiologist. I've worked with several over the years and I find her to be very knowledgeable about the various styles of hearing aids, the strengths and weaknesses of each, across the top brands. Insurance matters are dealt with by her and her staff to point as a customer I know all the claim details and any coverage is taken care of professionally. I think you will find the service and scheduling Theresa provides for the Fort Collins location is top notch as well.

Theresa, the office manager, has always been very good to me. The audiologist was very professional in the way she handled my hearing aids, my hearing problem, and the way she tested what I could hear. At the same time, both of them made me feel very comfortable in their presence. And the hearing aids are working super duper now!

I can't say enough about Misty at Connect Hearing! Brought my 85-year-old stepdad in, just moved him from out of state, and he's having problems with his hearing aids. She patiently listened to him talk about his career with the Navy, then, though they don't sell his hearing aid brand, she worked on them to help them work better and found an issue with his left ear that sent us off to a doctor that same day.

After a number of years dealing with The Hearing Center of Loveland, CO and after Mike sold the business to Connect Hearing, I wasn’t sure if I would continue with the new company. Earlier this year, I purchased a new set of Phonak Hearing aids from Connect hearing and with the help of Kyle Doerfler we are now using digital age technology. Anyone using hearing aids understands that these devices are not off the shelf ready, but require numerous adjustments to bring them to their optimum setting. Kyle was patient, listening and adjusting to bring out the best of the hearing aids. I will continue to visit Connect Hearing and Kyle for future maintenance and tuning.
