Have been tested and decided on getting hearing aids. Linda Cooper was very helpful and knowledgeable and this far I am really pleased with how this went.

I called my insurance company to assure AudioNova a covered provider. Their fee for a hearing test and fitting of my hearing aids $500 from me and they would separately bill my carrier. These folks in it for the money. Brain surgeons may justify 500 and hour. Not audiologists.

Knowledgeable, courteous, professional and very respectful of my time. Completely takes ownership of my concerns.

Dr. Pearl sure knows her field well and is a knowledgeable audiologist. I love that she gives me her undivided attention and asks relevant questions in a warm professional manner. In fact the whole staff has alway been welcoming, patient and knowledgeable. I’ve been going to them for over 3 years for my hearing test and hearing aids adjustments. Just wanted to give my thanks to Dr. Pearl and her team.

My wife had been outfitted with hearing aids by Dr. Pearl and finally talked me into going to see her to get my hearing tested. She said I kept asking “what” in conversations for clarification. I didn’t think much of it but it was obvious to people around me. I relented and went to get tested by Dr. Pearl. She found I definitely had hearing loss in the middle range and explained why getting hearing aids now at age 65 would be far more beneficial than waiting 10 yrs when it might be more difficult for me to adjust to the hearing aids to approximate more normal hearing. Dr. Pearl spent the time needed for me to understand how the hearing aids would really help, putting to rest any skepticism I may have had. I highly recommend Dr. Pearl for her expertise in the field of hearing loss and her dedication to helping her patients. Now I don’t drive my wife crazy with “what” any more.

With hearing loss primarily in my right ear, I've been getting my hearing aids from connect hearing for over 6 years and have had a great experience with them so far. At my last hearing check, some hearing loss was showing up in my left ear. I was still planning on getting just one hearing aid until Dr. Pearl went out on a limb and suggested that getting a pair of aids was a better decision and explained why clinically that was a good idea. I was scared at first, thinking irrationally that having something in both ears would obstruct sound. But Dr. Pearl really worked with me to create a set of hearing aids that were essentially custom designed for my needs. And they're metallic pink. I can honestly say that it was one of the greatest decisions of my life! I've gone from living in a frustrating and often lonely partially sounded world to being a full participant in a conversation, to feeling like a legitimate person with full hearing rights. It's been very empowering and I owe a debt of gratitude to Dr. Pearl for addressing my needs AND my insecurities with grace, compassion, and rock-solid clinical expertise.I recommend Connect Hearing and Dr. Pearl to anyone who needs to get hooked up with the sounded world!

Dr. Pearl gave me the best care. She is the best audiologist out there. She is professional, warm, and always listens to me to understand my needs. She helped fit me for ear plugs to prevent future hearing damage and I can't thank her enough! Thanks for your continued care, Dr. Pearl!

Pleasant, laid back, but professional; Connect Hearing is an unusual combination of these qualities. I received excellent care and service, walked out of their practice with a set of Phonak hearing aids to try...no pressure, great experience!

Connect Hearing is a reputable hearing aid provider. My Mom has gone to them for many years. Stephanie has been the audiologist that has worked with my 95 year old mother. She has been fantastic! My mom is REALLY hard of hearing. My mother has also had difficulty getting molds to fit in her ear properly because of the shape of her ear. Stephanie is so patient, understanding, and caring with my Mom. She has gone above and beyond making my Mom comfortable and trying to meet her hearing aid needs. Stephanie is smart in her craft and knows what she is doing. We recently moved from Denver to Idaho. My Mom and I really miss Stephanie a lot! We wish we could clone her and bring her to Idaho! Very friendly staff Even though I did not buy my hearing aids there they fixed the problem I was having at no charge. If I ever need to replace my hearing aids, this will be my first place to shop. I highly recommend this vendor.

I had an issue with my heath insurance regarding what they would pay for hearing aids. Stephanie W. was willing to call insurance company regarding payment and she kept good notes on that conversation. Bottom line the insurance company had given her wrong information and at a later date gave me the same wrong information. Insurance company had denied the claim but after talking with Connect Hearing agreed to pay part owed by insurance company.

I have been wearing hearing aids for 20 years. This was the most seamless, helpful, and timely experience I have ever had. Stephanie was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I would absolutely use connect hearing again!!

Connect Hearing (950 E Harvard in Denver, CO) has been fantastic in helping us explore options to help our Mom hear her TV better (ZVox Sound Bar for hearing impaired), hear us better when we're together (blue-tooth microphones that connects to her hearing aids) and to hear us better over the phone (via a phone that connects to her hearing aids and a separate CaptionCall phone). Stephanie has been great in making us aware of all of these options and helping us set-up and test them. I'm especially grateful as one of the areas where my Mom has lost her hearing is in the frequency where my voice resides. Through Stephanie's work with us, we now have tools to help my Mom hear me much better both in person and over the phone. Thanks Stephanie. Dr. Pearl was very patient and helpful in fitting and adjusting my new hearing aids. She didn't give up until they were unobstrustive and comfortable to wear. She was friendly, gave complete explanations and was supportive when I was frustrated. I highly recommend working with her and am grateful to be able to hear better.

I wear Lyric hearing aides, which have to be replaced on a monthly basis. When I moved to Denver, I shopped around for the best place that would be flexible in fitting me every month, as well as knowledgeable in all things hearing aid related. Stephanie at Connect Hearing is just that!

My experience with this particular Connect Hearing was fabulous! My specialist, Stephanie, was super helpful, thorough, and nice beyond what I could ever expect! From the start, walking into their office was very comfortable and inviting. Tashia at the front desk greeted me with kindness and was very informative and knowledgeable about all the different devices. Very helpful and informative

I went to Connect Hearing for a free trial using the Lyrics an inside the ear model. After the trial ended I purchased them but within weeks I knew I had made a mistake. I went back to Connect Hearing and wanted out of them. I had purchased them and they could have said no but they offered me other models that might be more appropriate. I tried two other models that where outside of the ear and finally found what worked for me. Dr. Kathleen and the owner did not have to go the extra mile to make me happy but they did and worked with me on the pricing. I am very happy and could not say enough about their concern to make me a satisfied customer. Dr. Kathleen is a professional and never treated me like I was unreasonable. I came in 5:45 (around 45 minutes late) Kathleen Gabler, Au.D., CCC-A was happy to use her time and reserve an appointment for me on the next day with her, Today i was able to borrow the "3 week trial" hearing aids absolutely free, it's been a pleasant experience for me to try these new hearing aids! Much more to say, but overall experience was very clear and friendly!!

This is a place for first rate audiological assessment and hearing aid dispensing. I believe it is important to be seen periodically by a certified audiologist. Terry and her staff offer that and they personify customer service. It might be tempting to get treated at the mall or at a place like Cosco but it could also be a major mistake! -- Roy Wood, Ph.D.
