They are awesome!!! I had to get my dad's hearing aids fixed and Kaiser Permenante's walk-in clinic was only 11-1130am at a couple locations not close to me or my dad. My friend suggested I call Peakview by Connect Hearing. I spoke with Jade and let her know what I needed. She was very helpful and told me to go ahead and come by after work. When I came in, Jade was very friendly and took the hearing aids to work on them. As she came across different issues (embarrassingly they were in bad shape), Jade came out and let me know what was going on and the cost of what needed to be fixed. The last part, Dr. Smith, ended up taking a part the hearing aid to put a little piece inside. I have a feeling they did not charge me as much as they could or should have. If my dad's insurance was not Kaiser Permenante he would be going there next week for a follow up. Highly recommend.

I have been consistently happy with my visits to Connect Hearing! Sandy May is such a professional, taking the time to listen carefully and explain all options. She gives clear instructions during your hearing test, speaks clearly to you with her volume level in consideration of your hearing needs - I wish all doctor offices would follow her lead! So many people talk to you with their backs turned, expecting you to be able to hear (and hear around corners!). I am a very happy patient and will definitely return for follow-up visits!

This place is awesome!! From the receptionist to the audiologists (Sandy May), they were kind and accommodating. All of my test results were explained to me in great detail. I highly recommend this place for your hearing needs.

Had a problem with one hearing aid not working. Called in Peakview unannounced, described my problem. Within five minutes had a working hearing aid again. Staff very helpful and friendly. Thank you.

Everyone here was incredibly kind and accommodating. I’m leaving town in the morning and called multiple places to see if they could squeeze me in for an ear wax removal. They had a single opening in 15 minutes and let me take it. The whole process was very cool. I’ve only ever done removal at my general practitioner’s office. Here, they show you before and after views of your ears. I’ve never seen my ears before, lol. After following my doctor’s advice for multiple weeks, which didn’t actually help, I can finally hear again. Thank you!!!

I would highly recommend Peak View Audiology. I made an appointment for a hearing evaluation. Prior to each set of tests, the process was thoroughly explained to me. I also received an explanation of my results that I was able to understand completely. The staff was super friendly and very competent. I will definitely be returning to Peak View Audiology for all future hearing care.

I was extremely pleased with my experience at Peak View Audiology and Hearing. After having my hearing evaluation, I understand fully why other reviews are so positive. The receptionist was friendly and very courteous. Kurt, the Audiologist assessing my hearing, was exceptionally thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable of new testing, conditions, and treatments. Prior to each test, the purpose was explained to me. Following each test, I received an explanation of my results and any implications. Without reservation, I recommend Peak View Audiology. I encourage people post Covid, with any concerns over their hearing acuity, and seniors to make an appointment. I am certain you will be pleased with your visit.

I was so happy my good friend recommended I go see Lee Ann Lizzul. She was so helpful & knowledgeable about everything !! She was also very patient with me & my husband as we continued to find the right hearing aids !!! The rest of the staff was also very friendly in person & on the phone !! I had an issue with one of my hearing aids (my fault) but the team at Peak View took care of me. I received my repaired aid back in about a week. I highly recommend this office as the staff and doctors are very polite, courteous and very knowledgeable.

Kurt was my initial audiologist then Becky became my audiologist. Both are highly professional and have friendly demeanors. They are very good at explaining my history, the options, and walking me through what is happening and what to expect in the future. I could not be more pleased with their care, services, and products. Five stars are not enough.

From my first visit to my most recent one, the staff was amazing, took their time with me, and answered all my questions. If you have issues with your hearing, I definitely recommend this office.

Dr. Boyle and everyone here have done a wonderful job of welcoming me into this practice after my previous audiologist went out of business. They have seamlessly taken up warranty service and support for my Phonak hearing aids, including two warranty repairs this year. Dr. Boyle was very patient and happy to answer my many questions about the fitting and use of my (first pair, ever) hearing aids, after my having had them for a year before I came in their door. The new fitting is improved in many ways, and I understand much better how to adapt my use of them in various challenging hearing scenarios. I am now much happier with the performance of my hearing aids than I was with the previous doc who sold and originally fitted them. I look forward to giving these folks all of my hearing-related business going forward, and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new provider.

I have been wearing hearing aid for over 30 years. I have become a little picky about audiologists. After interviewing a few and talking with other people in the hearing loss world I went to see Becky. She has been easy to work with and fun playing with the newest aids. Even with COVID I needed an emergency repair, and she even figured out how to adjust my aids over the internet. The are well versed in the newest technology and not pushy like other hearing "specialists"

Incredibly friendly staff! Same day appointment, in and out quickly. I can hear again. I highly recommend this office. All my friends and family will now have a place to go for help. Thank you all for your caring and knowledgeable staff.

Dr. Boyle is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, she has made me feel so comfortable about my hearing aides and has been a pleasure during the entire process. Very sad we are moving.

I had a great experience at Peak View Audiology & Hearing Care! At my hearing test, Rebecca was very personable and explained the testing well. She demonstrated her knowledge at each test, giving me a good idea of what to expect and explaining what to do. After the test she explained the options for hearing aids and helped me choose what was right for me. The staff even worked with my insurance to determine coverage! Where Rebecca really shone was the fitting, she spent over an hour getting everything in the programming right for me; even trying several covers until she found the best ones that worked with the hearing aids in my ears. She explained what was happening, and since I was interested (I'm a retired engineer) she went into details about the various curves and what they meant. I found it fascinating, and the hearing aids work great! I would recommend Peak View to everyone with hearing difficulties, and especially Rebecca, she's great!

I have been seen by Dr. Smith and, most recently, by Dr. Boyle. They have both been friendly and thorough and have taken plenty of time to address any questions or concerns. I always know what to expect and I have never been stuck in their waiting room for an excessive period of time. Heartily recommend!

We love Dr. Kurt Smith and the staff at Peak View Audiology. They helped my 88 year old mother with her hearing aids. She was apprehensive about taking this step, but Dr. Smith was so kind and helpful. She loves her hearing aids and how they improve the quality of her life.I highly recommend their office!

I want to give a huge thank you to Lee Ann Lizzul, Tiffany and the rest of the staff Peak View Audiology! They treated my sister-in-law with so much kindness and respect! My sister-in-law and brother are both disabled and live on social security because they are unable to work. Jo Ellen is almost blind and has limited vision in one eye. I thought she was completely deaf as well. The team at Peak View realized she actually has some ability to hear and set her up with a hearing aid. Unfortunately Jo Ellen didn't have the money to pay for the aid. Peak View gave her information so she could get a donation! Lee Ann was fantastic! I've had hearing aids which I purchased from another audiologist and they weren't set correctly (they were still set at factory default!). Lee Ann not only corrected them, but made them so that I can use them in loud venues. She also set me up with a Bluetooth device for cell phone usage and one for lecturers to use in a classroom setting. She really listened to my needs and made suggestions to benefit me. Highly recommend!!

Setting the appointment was simple and quick, they also emailed me the paperwork ahead of time to fill out which is a timesaver for me.

I found Dr. Kurt Smith and his hearing clinic was i was searching for a provider in Colorado Springs for my mother. I did not meet Dr. Smith directly as I live out of state however my mother was extremely impressed with her new hearing aids as well as the experience that Dr. Smith and his staff provided.
