I had a free evaluation today. As I said to Dr. Chung, who spent about an hour with me, there should certainly have been a charge for the incredibly valuable service. If you have any doubt about your hearing, call this office! Dr. Chung was great! (Sadly, I don't remember the name of the person in the front office, who was also great!)

Linda is knowledgeable, patient and happily answered all my questions when fitting my new hearing aids.

Phenomenally great experience!

This was my first appointment and I was thrilled by the way I was treated, as I had to find a new provider when my previous one left town without notifying me. From my first call, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When I met with Linda, her exam was far more thorough and comprehensive than my exam with my previous provider by far. After the testing was completed, Linda adjusted my hearing aids and I immediately began hearing better than I have in years. I am thankful I found Connect Hearing and would recommend them to anyone.

Linda and Janice are great folks!! Took care of all my needs. Insurance was handled and made so simple. New hearing aids they recommend are a real improvement. Definitely recommend

This is my first experience with Hearing Aids. Linda was extremely thorough in her examination and the explanation of the results. Fitting the Hearing aids again a pleasant experience and seemingly successful. I was a bit apprehensive about the whole concept of wearing them but after only a day I have to say I'm very pleased. This is the best experience I have ever had by far. I called because my 88 year old mother had lost her only hearing aid and was now deaf without them. They got me in as soon as they could, handled my mom with care and dignity. They were so understanding and caring. We had to communicate via closed caption on a phone app, no problem. They took so much time I felt bad, they made us feel like we had all the time in the world. Such an amazing experience. Mom went home with hearing aids. So happy! Thanks for being amazing!

The best experience I've ever had at a hearing center. From the first interaction with Janice on the phone, she was so friendly and helpful setting up my appointment and giving directions for getting there. Once in the office she was so welcoming. A pleasure to interact with Janice. Meeting Linda next was another wonderful experience. She is so friendly and helpful, explaining everything along the way throughout the whole testing. When my new hearing aids arrived, she made sure I understood how to work them and take care of them. Two very personable people, making the visits fun. I look forward to dealing with them in the future.

This practice is over the top—A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! I have been a patient here for over two years and my experience has been life changing. Dr. Aniellia Grabowski is an unbelievably astute practitioner. Her expertise with diagnostic accuracy and ongoing support is exemplary. Janice (reception and office staff) makes me feel like am the most important person on the planet. I just left the office and I am sitting in my car writing this review because I feel like I’ve just visited my “family” and now I will be able to “hear”everyone in my personal “family” with such clarity that I will once again feel another life changing experience. Please know that you will also be treated like family when you work with this practice. I can’t say enough about their professionalism, kindness, state of the art equipment and true audiological expertise. I had my hearing tested 5 times before I went to Dr Kelly Casper. She was by far the most thorough and profesional of all of them. She also was more interested in how and what my hearing aid needs were.She explained everything very clearly and was genuinely concerned that I got the best hearing aid for my money and hearing requirements. I am moving out of the area and she hooked me up with a clinic in the area Im moving to within a week. I wish I could ship her there instead.

I recently got hearing aids at Cornerstone Hearing Center. I had gotten hearing aids about 10 years ago from another source and quit wearing them in less than a year because they really did not make much difference. I was sent to Cornerstone because of insurance coverage. Dr. Casper did a thorough hearing test, went over the results with me and gave me the purchase options. I got exactly what I needed. With the standard 3 visits after the purchase, I got them adjusted so that I can hear things that I have not heard in years like the tea kettle when it gets to a full boil, like the microwave when it has completed the timer or cooking cycle, like people when they are talking to me or others and I can hear most of the dialogue on television. I am very pleased with the results.

Cornerstone Hearing Center is the best hearing center I have ever frequented. The staff is great and they treat you like they want you to come back. Cornerstone hearing center is top notch. By far the most customized and patient centered experience I have ever had. They worked with me during the COVID community crisis remotely to get started on ordering the perfect pair of hearing aids, and worked within my insurance limitations. I did not feel pressured to purchase a hearing aid that I didn't need. I was also provided 2+ hours of comprehensive testing and treatment to calibrate my hearing aids. My new hearing aids are the most perfect fit I have ever had!! They sound great!!

Dr. smith has very advanced equipment that can adjust your hearing aids to how you hear not just the standard, to your type of hearing loss. I had almost given up on my hearing aids until I went to cornerstone. Dr. Smith was very informative and made adjustments so finally feel like my hearing aids are helping. The entire experience from the front desk on was excellent. I highly recommend.

I am pleased to have selected Cornerstone Hearing Center for my audiology needs. Dr. Kurt Smith and Mrs. Carol Smith have delivered the very best service as I have had my hearing tested and hearing aids fitted. I am very happy with the service, how all my questions are carefully and fully addressed, and how my new hearing aids suit me. I recommend Cornerstone Hearing Center to everyone.

My hearing aids are about 3 years old. They are the, over the ear, super small with a rubber dome that fits into the ear canal. Sadly, I still didn’t like wearing them and still had problems hearing conversations, despite attempts of a different Audiologists. After my husband insisted that I see someone to see if anything could be done, thankfully I found Dr. Kurt Smith. The digital diagnostic tool he used visually showed me how “off” the programing had been. Within minutes my aids were reprogrammed to where they should have been all along. He also changed out the rubber domes to something that actually fit my ear. The difference has been incredible! They are so comfortable that I wear my hearing aids all the time now. Thank you Dr. Smith- You are amazing! :)

I've been using Cornerstone for about 3 years now. They have been nothing but pleasant to work with and consistently measure up to my expectations. I first went to them to help in fixing my hearing aid and they were very easy to work with and got me a fix in a few days. I've continued to do business with them because I trust that they do have my interests in mind. I even upgraded my hearing aid last month and they made the transition very easy.
