Trinity and staff were terrific. On time, prepared, not pushy, I had the complete exam. Very satisfied. My husband, 1 year hearing aid user, had remote adjustments (over the internet) done after my appointment so he didn't have to travel to their office. 5 out of 5 stars.

Hannah is amazing! Very professional and kind. I came in and they took me right away for ear molds and a hearing test.

Dr Z is superb! She examined my ears and identified an ear canal issue that i needed to get addressed ASAP. Had it not been for her thoughtful caring professionalism, taking the photos and producing an audiogram, I would not have had the evidence i needed to convince my healthcare provider to give me an ENT appointment next week (otherwise i would have needed to wait 6 months for the next ENT appt!). i will definitely choose her as my future provider!

Hannah Younesi is a Senior Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist at Connect Hearing. She was outstanding. A hearing test was performed prior to her recommendations I have mild/moderate hearing loss. My only requirement was discreetness I tried 2 types of invisible types of hearing aids. One for 2 weeks and another type for one month. Although both did not work for me ( one caused itching , the other did not help me as much as I needed in certain situations like a restaurant or party) - the care, expertise, adjustments and patience that she provided were outstanding. I will return for annual assessments and likely re-try a hearing aid in the future

Very, very disorganized. They act irresponsibly and no one manages the tasks. In the past two months, I have visited more than five times to follow up on my mother's hearing aid, and I spoke with five different employees. None of them guided me properly or completed the necessary work. Their phones are broken, and there is no one accountable as a manager.

Trinity was wonderful. She took her time and explained everything very well. I would definitely recommend Connect Hearing and Trinity.

I have had nothing but FANTASTIC experiences here, from coming in for the initial exam to receiving my hearing aids in a record FAST time. Everyone has just been so pleasant and kind. Please, if you need assistance with your hearing, COME HERE!! You will be so happy you did!

I personally had visited this location out of curiosity regarding the health of my hearing. I was greeted by two kind ladies, Hannah and Trinity. They were quick to help me out and were very kind and pleasant to work with. They made the entire process smooth and quite enjoyable, and answered all of my questions that I had gracefully, as they made me feel welcome and heard. Overall a very inviting and enjoyable experience in regards to discovering more about the future of my ears!

I am incredibly grateful to the team at Connect World of Hearing. While out with my daughter, who had a bead stuck in her ear, we stopped by their store hoping they might be able to help. Without hesitation, the staff welcomed us, immediately showing such kindness and professionalism. They quickly and carefully removed the bead, providing comfort and relief for both my daughter and me. I’m so appreciative of their expertise and the genuine care they showed us. This experience highlighted not only their skill but also their compassion. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

I was in over the weekend as I was interested in custom fitted filter plugs to use at music festivals. I was educated by the staff about the costs for fitting and for the earpiece. The person helping me, although friendly, was not knowledgeable in the noise reduction specs for the piece I wanted. I left my contact information and questions and I was told I would hear back yesterday. I never did, not even today. I mentioned my tight time constraint and this delay caused me further abrasion and stress. I ended up going elsewhere today. I am sure their product is good but if they cannot fulfill promises to have calls returned so I can give you my business then I am glad I did not pay for anything up front. I do not and will not recommend a business that does not follow through with these types of inquiries.

I have a friend who purchased the cross hearing aids and it has changed her life. She is so much happier now and doesn’t feel left out from conversations because she can’t hear what’s going on. I highly recommend Connect World of Hearing!

Hannah was super awesome and made me feel really comfortable doing all the testing. These little ear plugs are super easy to use and not visible at all. They connect to Bluetooth just like my AirPods. Invisible airpods. I found this place off Instagram and they did everything they said the would! Thank you!
