I don't like "audio nova" but i like gonna back old time it's called Connection Hearing that's what i like it.

What a great team at the Connect Hearing in West Covina. My initial appointment with Dr. Julius Mariano was very thorough, professional and informative. The receptionist was very friendly, efficient, and expedient. Kudos to the team!

No issues @ prompt service

The receptionist was attentive and attempted to solve my problem quickly.

They were very helpful. They had extra help from a lap technician. I was given a lot information.

Appointment at 3:30 … Didn’t get seen until 4:10pm

Great experience coming here. Staff is very kind and considerate especially since we had to move my dad's appointments several times because of illness. They fitted him with his hearing aid without issues. They are also easy to call and talk to. Julius walked us through the process well. Overall good experience

Always great service. Technicans are fully qualified and explain test results clearly. Good product offering but a bit expensive. They will work with you on price if you negotiate.

Very astute knowledgeable and courteous staff. The secretary in the front office is on her game and Eric is very informative and shows a degree of compassion beyond the requirements of the profession. I will definitely return in the future.

They were so helpful and attended my uncle very quickly. They took care of him and set his check up appointment with the people working there were soo polite and caring with their customers

Wonderful service provided by Liz and appreciated how well they took care of my grandma.

The doctor took the time to explain all the questions that was asked and if there was someone who needed help there hearing i would refer him does a great job.

Eric spent a lot of time explaining everything and was very patient with all of my many questions. I felt very comfortable with purchasing my new hearing aids at Connect Hearing. The front office person was kind and friendly. I will be recommending Connect Hearing to my friends and aquaintances .

This is the right place to come for a hearing test and or hearing aid(s)!! I don't think I have had such a thorough hearing test before. Eric and Liz are very helpful and attentive. I have had a great experience with this office. 👍

I am very happy with the staff here and my hearing aids. The best part of evaluating if you have the correct hearing aids is to have a demo time in the real world you live in to see how they work for you.

Very helpful, friendly and free coffee. The hearing test after a physical ear examination will take a little more than an hour, but worth the time. They took extra time to make my health insurance able to cover the hearing-aids. I wish I found this place earlier.
