I am new to having an Hearing Aide and everyone at Audio Nova has made me feel so welcome. The staff is friendly, welcoming and most of all Carrie, the specialist is thorough and professional. They have an open door policy and you can come to them with questions anytime of the day. Wonderful experience so far and highly recommended!

Have had good experiences here, both Carrie and Camden and the rest of the staff have been very helpful. They were patient and supportive of my questions and helped me throughout my diagnosis of unexplained hearing loss at a young age. They were very understanding of scheduling changes I needed and I would 10/10 recommend.

I really enjoyed coming to Connect hearing,! This place was Immaculately clean, & Bright😁 I got good vibes inside.The girl at The front desk was very cheerful & friendly.And the 2 ladies who attended me to do my Audiogram were fantastic,👍 Very friendly, courteous, Helpful, & explained in detail everything that was going to be done.They made me feel very relaxed, !I would Definatly recommend everyone to come hear for hearing test,& hearing equipment..!👍👍😁

State of the art hearing test that are fast & accurate. No going into a booth for hearing test. After I got my hearing aids they tested once again with the hearing aids on to double check. Once again all done in one room with the state of the art computer. I was explained everything and treated very nice. I would definitely recommend them. It's so nice to hear clearly once again.

Not happy with the first hearing center that I was sent to by my HMO. I requested to go to another company. I was referred to Connect in Victorville and was met by Julie for a consultation. The office was neat, clean and organized. There is a young lady receptionist who is quite friendly and helpful. She gave me the usual stack of paperwork to take home and bring back at the next appointment so I didn't have to do it sitting there. I explained my situation to Julie and she told me my options as well as how the insurance worked. All very friendly and professional, no pressure. Yes, I did get my hearing aid there. I took about 3 weeks for the insurance to come through. Julie and her staff explained how to use the aid as well as taking care of it. I' am very pleased with connect and the staff.. Thank you

Took my disabled brother today to have his hearing checked due to some concerns we had. Both the desk clerk and Hearing Specialist were highly professional and very responsive to the special time and attention my brother required. Testing and results were explained well. We recommend Connect Hearing without any reservation.

My husband got his hearing aides here about a month ago, and we have been so pleased with them . Very friendly and professional staff, clean environment, latest testing equipment. Got in for a hearing test pretty quickly and was able to try out the hearing aides, and then got his right away. Great follow-up afterwards, and staff has been very helpful during this time of adjustment for us, and has taken the time to answer all our questions. Would highly recommend to anyone.

My Hearing Aids are great, I didn't know how much I was missing. Everything is much clearer and the staff is wonderful
