Tiffany Maxwell, NBC-HIS 8995, is a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist at AudioNova's Temecula clinic specializing in hearing aid fittings. She is a member of the International Hearing Society. Tiffany aims to positively impact others by connecting them to their world and what's important to them, such as family, hobbies, or clubs. Tiffany became a hearing care provider because both her husband and father have hearing loss, and she understands the frustrations that can arise for everyone involved. Her favorite part of the job is helping people reconnect with what matters most to them. Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys investing, hiking, paddleboarding, and spending time with her family.

Chad Putnam, H.I.S.
Chad Putnam, HIS, is a Hearing Instrument Specialist at AudioNova in Temecula. With a strong commitment to improving lives through better hearing, he specializes in comprehensive audiometric testing, tinnitus counseling, hearing aid fittings, and follow-up care. Chad has completed advanced training in Hearing Instrument Sciences and ATRT (All the Right Things) Best Practices, along with certifications from past organizations. His professional journey includes memberships with the International Hearing Society (IHS) and the Hearing Healthcare Providers of California (HHP). Beyond his clinical work, Chad volunteers with his local church and supports school events, sports, camps, and trips through the Sons and Daughters program. Passionate about advancements in hearing device technologies, hearing health breakthroughs, and cognitive health research, Chad actively promotes initiatives like National Audiology Awareness Month, World Hearing Day, and the Campaign for Better Hearing. His mission is to help people connect and thrive in their daily lives through improved hearing. Chad’s inspiration to become a hearing care provider stems from his father’s impact on others through personalized hearing care. He finds joy in witnessing the smiles and happy tears of those he helps, knowing he’s reconnecting families and loved ones. Outside of work, Chad values family, outdoor activities, and living life to the fullest. He enjoys ranching, camping, growing vegetables and fruits, and embracing all things outdoors and sports.

When should I use hearing protection?
You should always use hearing protection when engaging in high-noise recreational activities or work. These activities may include hunting, music concerts, motor sports, and/or construction. Noise-induced hearing loss can result from prolonged exposure to noise or a single, extremely loud event. The louder the sound, the quicker it can cause damage. If you notice ringing in your ears or temporary hearing loss after a loud noise exposure, the environment was too noisy and could be harmful. If that ringing or temporary hearing loss is persistent, it would be a good idea to contact us for a hearing evaluation.

A whole new world has been opened up to me thanks to connect hearing! Sounds I have not or ever heard before are now available as soon as I put on my new hearing aids! The staff is super professional and help with any questions or concerns you may have. They walk you through the process and share experiences that help down the road when using them on your own. They have some awesome service they are more then willing to help people . The audiologist does a great job with the hearing test and letting u know where ur at with that and showing u hearing aides and prices and those kinds of need to knows. My only concern is they need to be a bit better answering their phone and calling back people in a more timely manner. But other then that it’s a good place to go too.

I went to Connect Hearing a few years ago and was very disappointed. My insurance referred me back to them again. Didn't want to go but didn't have a choice. I was extremely impressed this time.Rene, the boss there has done a great job of turning it around. CAMDEN took care of me and I had the most comprehensive test I have ever had. He explains everything as you go in a way you can understand. He is professional, caring, patient and very knowledgeable . I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help with their hearing. They don't try to sell you the most expensive item either. They give you exactly what you need. Go ask for Camden and HEAR AGAIN. Its life changing.

This is Mary Schneider (patient). I can honestly say I've had a very good relationship with personnel at Connect Hearing in Temecula. As a matter of fact, Julie (new audiologist) and former office manager, and receptionist extraordinaire, represents excellence in customer service. I am regretfully moving to Hear USA, but ONLY due to my insurance benefit that was so rich, I could not refuse. I am sure it is the contract they have with Kaiser (of whom I am a member). The County of Riverside provides a supplemental plan that made my purchase discounted from $7,700 to $2,950. You never know what the future holds. I wish Julie and Connect great success. Jeramy and Laura were very helpful in answering my questions, Jeramy was so knowledgeable in handling my husbands hearing aids, he explained how important keeping the hearing aids clean this improves the sounds etc., hearing all this information was extremely helpful as this is our first experience with hearing aids. Laura was very friendly offering coffee or tea. I loved that the office was very clean.

Wynn is so knowledgeable; he conducted the hearing test very precisely and explained the importance of correct hearing in relation to the brain and how the lack of hearing can be the cause of an unhealthy brain and a higher chance of getting Alzheimer's and Dementia. Wynn also explained the hearing aids in detail and took his time with my friend who voiced many questions and worries that were all answered. I was so impressed that I made an appointment for my Mom.

The whole Connect Hearing Team in Temecula is amazing. Cameron fit me into the best hearing aids I have ever known. Even after the sale, he and the Team have given me outstanding care and advice. They made sure I had a blue tooth device that enhances television hearing. On top of all that, Laura makes kit a pleasure to make appointments. I can't say enough great things about Connect Hearing in Temecula. I wouldn't trust my hearing to anyone else!!

Diagnosed with a hearing loss can be a negative turning point in the aging process but for me I was excited. Excited knowing I can have quality hearing if I can find the right fit and brand for me. My insurance company directed me to Connect Hearing in Temecula, California. From the beginning I was welcomed by front office staff making me comfortable which lessened my nervousness. I then met Camden Quevedo, Hearing Care Specialist, who patiently and kindly walked me through exam and picking best fit for me. I can honestly say the whole experience of shopping, testing, and fit by Connect Hearing was easy, enjoyable, and when i put my hearing aids on I thought it was perfectly beautiful to hear so clearly again. It just made me smile. You will find a very knowledgeable Hearing Care Specialist and welcoming staff at Connect Hearing of Temecula. Oh by the way they have tea, hot chocolate, and coffee in their lobby! Thank you for my hearing!

I had 4 weeks of terrible service with these people. If you have a choice do not go alone. They tried to sell me a very poor product for alot of money, lied to me about being able to make payments, sent me home because they overbooked. I waited a week and 2 days after I got my insurance approval in the mail and they said they still hadn't gotten their copy. Then they called me back to s ay they got it. The man actually told me that maybe I didn't hear him right. Low Blow dirtbag!

I took my father for his hearing test and evaluation. I had to keep calling to try and get a copy of his test result. Also the person i spoke to informed me that AAA members only get 10 off on hearing aid whereas i found out they get 45% off???? Is that how people who are in need should be treated? Customer service lacks on the part of that gentleman (and i use that term lightly).

-1. Horrible receptionist. Out of every 15 times called, they will answer on average once... and... maybe or maybe not return your call. Dr. Camden Quevedo is just tooo busy to get an appointment with, or so his receptionist will tell you rudely. She is the most unpleasant woman I have ever had to deal with. And sadly... she is seemingly the only receptionist, so I had to deal with her unperson-able self. I stated to her on 1/13/2016 that she should stop being so mean, and be,"quote un quote"... "NICE"..., because I was planning to make a complaint and move my appointment to the Corona office. It was only then she pretended to be amicable. Meanwhile the Corona office answered RIGHT AWAY, after two rings, first call. Receptionist was pleasant and went out of her way to make my follow up appointment easy. She even made sure I had good directions. After spending 7,000 and some change on hearing aids (that work great btw), I have yet to get my follow up appointment three... yes THREE... months later. That is, until I called the Corona office. MY ADVICE: Don't go Temecula if you want good service. I live in Murrieta and I am driving out of my way to Corona to avoid this office and the rude people who work there. Who could really care less about their clients. At least that is the way it was presented to me.
