We have been at the Santa Rosa office for 2 years. I bring my 92 year old mother. The turn over in this office during the last two years is incredible. Most of the time there isn't an audiologist...or it's by zoom. ALWAYS someone new. The ONLY reason we have stayed is because Of DEBRA! SHE IS A GEM. I HOPE YOU REALIZE WHAT A VALUABLE EMPLOEE SHE IS. ALL THE CLIENTS LOVE HER AND SHE GENUINELY LOVES THEM. Debra is single handedly keeping this office running. She is 5 stars!!!

It's hard to say whether or not things are different yet except for the replay in my ears when I touch my head. That's definitely gotten better. Hearing so far doesn't seem to be working any better than before. But the background noise so far does seem less prevalent so that's a plus. I also found it very nice to have an audiologist working there permanently so he's there during the week and appointments are easier to get now. I loved the way he explained how things work and what his experience was. Very helpful. As per usual, Deborah was friendly and helpful also. Both staff members are friendly and knowledgeable which is just what you want.

I continue to have problems with the Santa Rosa office. I think Debra did her best but I understand she’s no longer there. Nobody answers the phone or calls you back. I call the 888 help number and that person doesn’t even have the current name of the audiologist. Heather Little left a while ago. It’s beyond frustrating how difficult it is to work with Connect. Would not get a recommendation from me.

Debra provides excellent customer service. I drove almost 2 hours to my appointment. I was welcomed with a smile!

All of it was great. Location was a bit hard to find (suite B) in a complex of Buildings which were very poorly labled. Also had two cancelled appointments. Also, long wait to get an appointment. When the appointment finally happened it was great.

Excellent help and patience galore as I learned many things about ny hearing aid. Extremely helpful.

Marina and Janet were both professional and very friendly and helpful. Marina worked with me to get the best fit and price for my hearing aids. I am so pleased with them and happy I made the investment prior to a visit with my grandsons and family. My youngest son, when learning that I had made the leap, said it was a good thing because “it had become noticeable”, my being hard of hearing. I am able to hear my 5 year old grandson when he whispers and my daughter-in-law told me that I am not asking her to repeat herself all the time. So happy that I found Marina, as I feel like I have made a new friend and one who cares about my hearing!

Worst experience of my life. Was kicked out of office for being disabled and bringing my well-behaved trained, service dog along.
