My experience in that place is so bad. The receptionist was so unfriendly that I never came back to this place again. When I arrived to the appointment at 8:30, I saw her inside and the door locked, I knocked the door twice because I didnt see her turning back. Then, she felt so unpleasant and told that " I was coming to open the door". When she got my information, I was difficult at hearing, so I asked her to repeat. She just kept silent. And I had to ask if she wanted to talk about the insurance. She raised her eyes and said "You dont know your insurance cover?" Of course, I dont know. I want to come here because I saw the hearing center is listed in-network with Anthem. And then she asked me something I didnt hear well. I asked can you speak slowly? She said "this is my regular speech". What??? Your customers come to your place because they do have problem with hearing and you treated them unrespectfully. I felt uncomfortable at that moment and I told her be friendly, and then she changed her voice tone. But this was so frustrating experience here. Charis - hearing specialist is friendly, but as another person reviewed, she just tried to sell device more than truly listening customer's problem. She is rushed and not active to any ask questions. Before coming here, I got very good experience with hearing specialist at Costco when he consulted me a lot and did different tests and helped me to try with different devices. Not recommended this place to anyone.

The dispenser and office staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in setting me up with my hearing aids.

I only write reviews if I absolutely love the place I go to and this place?? The BEST! I moved here for college and have been feeling a bit anxious and out of place but this place made me feel like I was home. They’re professional, to the point and show and tell you everything you need to know. 10/10!!!❤️

The audiologist's speech is very hard to follow!

Great customer service

Charis was very nice but the process felt like she wanted to make a sale more than to understand my lack of hearing. The hearing test was very quick and the audio they use in that test to repeat words back, is super muffled, sounding outdated or poor head sets. I just went somewhere else and the hearing test was 20 minutes. The place did what I was expecting from connected. I think they need to slow down and truly understand their patients. Otherwise, don’t book too many appointments if it will make you rush your next patient who needs your focus on them. This is something I stand on as you’re an audiologist for people who need you to understand them. The new place I went to after connected with Charis, had me try several tiers of a model at the right program for me. I eventually found I preferred the more expensive model when they programmed it correctly, which took a lot of time. Then they made custom impressions as I don’t mess with the sized molds and they didn’t push back on that. The audiologist I’m seeing now was so thorough in making sure we knew which option was best. My old hearing aid was a tier 3 but it was programmed so well that it didnt necessarily matter. Which is what I was trying to explain to Charis. Her programming abilities just didn’t boost my confidence. All she could do was upsell. Show me your programming abilities first before you upsell. I had an amazing audiologist explain to me you can have a lower tier, it just needs to be programmed correctly. I hope Charis can reflect a little bit. Not all patients are elderly and a one size fits all. Receptionist was wonderful.

We had an appointment and no one is here. They’re supposed to close at five and no one was here at 420. We drove a long way in traffic. I am so disappointed.

Connect hearing is an audiology center. I met Renee, she is the hearing specialist who will assess your hearing situation. I never met someone so thorough, she really here to help and listen to you carefully, taking notes and time to explain you what could have happened. This is not a medical evaluation but it helps to understand how your left and right ears are and you speak with an expert!

You can buy cheap hearing aids anywhere but buying more expensive, better quality hearing aids backed by a 5 year warranty is a smarter choice. I have had a few situations which required some repair, battery issues and every time the support is worth the extra cost. I am very satisfied with the quality and support of our hearing aids. I bought the *(Phonak), don't know the exact model...for my mom and she absolutely loves and uses them especially when going out socially. I am so glad we spent the extra and got the premium hearing aids back by quality support. Thanks Jordan and Tara for your very courteous and professional support team.

I just had my hearing aids readjusted by Rene’ Morten. She did an excellent job of assessing my hearing needs and fine tuning both devices to my satisfaction. As she was tuning the devices, she explained how each adjustment would effect my hearing…..she did so in layman’s terms that were easy to understand. Rene’ also demonstrated the programing options that were available with my hearing aids which was very helpful…..ie tinnitus masking variations, loud room settings and muting. She’s a nice professional who really knows her stuff.

The office staff at Connect Hearing is very responsive to my needs. They provide timely appointments ( usually next day), and no delays upon arrival at the office. There is ample free parking and is easily accessible from the major highways.

I have a pair of Phonak hearing aids and the right aid did not seem to be providing the level of hearing that it had in the past. I was not sure if my hearing in the right ear had simply degenerated quickly or if the original program had shifted. Jordan Reys gave me a new hearing test and had my hearing aids uploaded with the latest program with 20 minutes. I walked out hearing as well as I every have with the Phonak hearing aids

Took my 85 year old dad for hearing test at San Jose location (willow glen). Jordan explained hearing test and determined that my dad did not need aids at this time. We appreciated his professionalism in his assessment. Thank God he does not need aids at this time, but we know where to go in the future.

Jordan and Tara are a wonderful team that made my first-time hearing aid selection, purchase and use very smooth...I'm a jaded, skeptical, middle-aged person that thinks they know everything, ha, but Jordan was very patient and helpful with my "hmm, not sure if this works for me" feedback and requests, and delivered a great solution that has now made my family, friends, and clerks et. al. happier as they don't have to hear ..."what?". I have been feeling that my hearing aid needed some adjustments because i was not able to hear the higher frequencies. I emailed them and to get it serviced and Tara got me scheduled the next day! I was expecting to just get my hearing aid adjusted and be on my way, but to my suprised I got schooled. Questions and Answer sessions was in place and Rene Morten provided details to what was going to happen during my hearing test to get a baseline for my audiogram. In short I was very pleased with the service and the education. I will be back soon for more training. Thank you Rene Morten.

Jordan and Tara are truly caring people to work with! This location is convenient, in a good neighborhood and there is free parking! I highly recommend this office for all of your hearing needs!
