Amazing! Isabel is a STAR! She returned our calls promptly and went above and beyond to help my mother with her insurance and hearing aids. We were able to get an appt without the long wait. This level of customer service is hard to find these days. My mother was very happy with the attention she received at her visit from Isabel & Josehine at this location. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment at Connect Hearing to have my hearing checked. The purpose was because I had a hard time hearing Korotkoff sounds through with a stethoscope. I found out that my hearing is quite good and normal. Kristina Ormond Au. D set my concerns at ease with her relaxed approach. Thank you for that. Also, the testing experience was calming. Thank you Briana for helping me get checked easily too. Connect Hearing provides a free hearing test. It is well worth the time to get your ears and hearing checked. Kristina also had good suggestions for heaing care for concerts and swimming. It was a great experience and I am so glad that l checked Connect Hearing.
