As the owner of my own business, I am always pleased to see 5-star reviews. My experience with AudioNova is 5+ stars. For two years, they have helped me with my hearing aids even though I had not bought them through AudioNova. And for two years, we discussed but never purchased a new hearing aid. Then my dog ate one of them, so I had little choice but to buy a new one. Although we now live in another state, I called Katrina and told her my budget, and she was a miracle worker in finding a pair that fit my budget. She programmed them and shipped them to me. I called her the day after arrival and we did a video call and she adjusted them through my iphone. Amazing. Thank you Katrina.

I very highly recommend them over all other hearing care facilities! The staff is fabulous and so knowledgeable and Katrina who does the testing and hearing aid recommendations is such an expert and so outstanding. My husband has Alzheimer's and she has been SO patient with him each time we have visited her for adjustments/questions. They really make you feel like family there. They also work very hard with your insurance plan to get you the very best options at super low costs. I'm very happy we didn't waste time going anywhere else!

Monica and Katrina are the most professional and patient staff someone could ask for Their ability to educate you about your best hearing aids options with dignity and respect sets them miles apart from any other competitor or even office. Their hearing test is very comprehensive and their knowledge of their product is superb. I went through a couple of choices, colors, shapes, functionality and features and they kept working with me with a smile on their faces. These are my second set of hearing aids as I upgraded my old ones. Their new models are worth it for the many phone and TV compatibility features Another advantage is that you don't need to have anything extra hanging from your neck or if so desire, you can recharge instead of having to change batteries. Also ask for their interest free credit program!!! However, I digressed, the main differentiators are the caring and friendly customer service Monica and Katrina provide. (Shhhh don't go through the phone service, but call back and ask for them by name. Incredible difference!!) Although my main residence is in Santa Cruz I wait until I come to Rancho Mirage to have my hearing aids needs met by these two awesome people.

one of the finest customer service operations I have been to in recent years. Very helpful do not give up until the problem is solved always seem to have time for you whether the problem is big or small and try to deal with problems immediately

The pretty lady at the reception desk was most knowledgeable and helpful on our first visit today asking for Starkey filters and parts. She provided very helpful useful information and confirmed we were using the correct filters and helped troubleshoot why the device keeps slipping out of the ear. It ended up that at present, we didn't need supplies, and yet she was so generous with her time. We will return in the future.

ii have been going to these wonderful people since before they were connect hearing. the staff there puts up with this cantankerous old guy with smiles on their faces. Always get the best care and service. Monica is my buddy since the beginning. I can email her anytime with questions about anything and she responds quickly. Katrina is also great to work with and skilled at her job.... just love them or i wouldn't drive 1 1/2 hours to go to that location

I have been using lyric hearing aids from the Rancho Mirage office for around 7 or 8 years now. The service is excellent to say the least, the staff and office manager go over and above to make every visit a pleasure. If you are thinking about hearing aids this is the place to start as you will be treated like family. Doug

Exellent knowledge of individual hearing needs . I need only one aid, and so they advised me and adjusted my aid to my particular situation. I have purchased three aids from these folks over 10 years and am totally pleased with their advise and service. Monica services my aid for me, as I have trouble with small parts. I recommend Connect Hearing Rancho Mirage to all my friends.

I have been a customer of Connect Hearing in Rancho Mirage for a number of years and feel the service is excellent and Monica is so friendly and helpful.

I didn't know how bad my hearing was till I had my hearing checked. Once I had the hearing aids put in I could hear things I couldn't hear for years.

I'd been going to HearX/HearUSA and dropped in to see if they could fix one hearing aid that went dead. Often a simple fix. The male receptionist there is never friendly but I've had some luck with them in the past. They looked at my hearing aid, said it was broken, could not be fixed and would have to be replaced -- $90. I said thanks and went to HUH?!? Help U Hear in the Albertson's shopping center at Country Club and Monterey Ave., Rancho Las Palmas. They were very pleasant and fixed my hearing quickly and efficiently with no charge. Guess where I'm going back to?
