I ran into AudioNova fifteen minutes before closing time on Friday with a question about a Phonak hearing aid. Cristina greeted me with a smile, disappeared for a minute, returned with the equipment, and showed me the answer to my question. An excellent first impression.

Rob has been fantastic! I just picked up my custom hearing aids today and so far so good!

I went there today for a hearing test and to transfer/adjust my sister's Phonak HAs for my use (she bought them there but doesn't use them). When my sister called to make the appointment for me, she explained to the receptionist exactly what we needed done. However, when we arrived this morning, we were told that, since the HAs were out of warranty, they couldn't (wouldn't) adjust them for my use and that I'd have to buy a completely new pair. Total waste of time and lack of professionalism by this office. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

He fixed my device in one easy step. Now it works perfectly.

As someone who has suffered serious hearing loss and tinnitus associated with Meniere's Disease for over 35 years, I've been treated by many doctors and seen so many audiologists and specialists. Such a great service. I have had the same hearing aids for 6 years, they still work perfectly and if I have a problem with anything or need to reset them as my hearing changes, I can contact them anytime for a free appointment. They redo my hearing test and reconfigure my hearing aid accordingly. Very personable and experienced team.

That includes making sure that I have the correct appliances along with regular hearing checks and refills on supplies. I have used hearing aids in both ears for 26 years. My hearing loss had become profound, and my old hearing aids were no longer able to do the job. I made an appointment with Connection and saw Ms Topchian. Following a physical exam, she performed the most thorough hearing test that I have ever had. With test results in hand, she then advised me on which hearing aids would work for me. After selection and delivery, Ms Topchian programmed the pair with different options to meet different hearing scenarios such as in crowds, on the boat, listening to music, quiet conversation. The programming has been successful, and I have resumed interacting with people, especially my family. Ms Topchian, thanks for the gift......

Robert O’Neil is an outstanding Hearing aids dispenser. I had the privilege to work with for 5 months, in order to find the right hearing aids for myself. It was a big challenge for both of us, however, Robert worked with me tirelessly and tried many kinds of devices with many combinations. It was always with a smile, understanding and a lot of care.

To whom it may concern, I have been dealing with Connect Hearing for the past one year with different people trying to fit me with the proper hearing aid. To no avail! I purchased a hearing aid that never fit me correctly, nor restored my ability to hear properly. I wasted $2,000.00, which I could barely afford! Enter Armine Topchian - Within minutes she fit me with a different hearing aid - adjusted it properly- and voila- like a miracle - I feel very comfortable wearing it and hearing properly. She is like a miracle worker! Her expertise is invaluable! She is truly a great ASSET to your organization. Unfortunately, I lost so much money before purchasing the right hearing aid. This is my first hearing aid. The experience at Connect Hearing has been wonderful. I worked primarily with Steve & Monica, but also with Hera & Sara. Everybody's been knowledgeable, cordial, and receptive to my needs. The fitting process, even with real ear measurement, is somewhat complex, and lucky for me, Steve has been very patient and accommodating.
