My name is Mike Murphy I own Beachfront Automotive Inc. I have the pleasure of talking with 30 to 40 customers every day. Most of them elderly. I have constantly Praised Arroyo Grande audiologist. That has been so patient with me. Taking the time to understand my needs. Also taking the time to understanding my lifestyle and the type of work that I do. Constantly with my head, twisting and turning sometimes even underneath the dash of a car. She has gone beyond what a normal person would do to make sure I was 100% satisfied. When I call the office with a technical question, she has always had the proper answer and always resolved any existing issue and question that I have. I have used the Miracle ear product in the past and expensive dollar cost was not the issue. It was quality of life. And what she has set me up with Extremely comfortable little to no maintenance whatsoever and I don’t believe she gets a recognition that she truly deserves. To find a special person like that is rare of this day and age. Being a business owner and an employer, I deal with people from all walks of life. For me to find somebody that takes a personal interest and overextends the Courtesy and patience is very very rare. Great place to get hearing aids

I was very pleased to receive such good service and results for my Mother. The staff and owner both have a caring and kind attitude. The only complaint i can come up with is sometimes an appointment will start late. This is because customers with an immediate need are cared for. I know because we have walked in with an issue and no appointment and been helped immediately. I know this pushed back somebody a few minutes but am grateful for the service. Great experience!

thank you very much the lady at desk Shianne help a lot.. the "LADY" audiologist Chandra .. She is the greatest, so very helpful. I am 76 years young, I have a severe HEARING LOSS. All my life, I have had hearing aids, just about every brand. many many audiologist. She is the "NICEST" very helpful. I NEVER write reviews but in Chandra case, she the best ever. Not only was she helpful I messed up about a month after getting them. She replaced the stem I striped the treads out.. She fixed it replaced tube.. I AM RECOMMENDING anyone needing hearing aids go there. Chandra is in Grover Beach California. If you need help she WILL take the TIME to help you. I am to loud to BIG to ornery. for regular people. Chandra was excellent--very good experience

I want to thank Shianne Adam for her help yesterday when I couldn't figure out how to get my hearing aid batteries out of new, very strange packing. My wife and I together couldn't figure that out on our own. Thanks, Shianne. She should get a raise.

Ms. Chandra Koeller is excellent, conducting a hearing test with sensitivity, patience, and efficiency, keeping the subject (me) informed and relaxed at all times. Despite some technical difficulties, my experience was positive and I would, without reservations, recommend Connect Hearing in Grover Beach.

I am so happy I chose connect hearing in Grover beach to help me with what I need in order to hear better. The staff is so nice and friendly- I will definitely be back ladies. The front desk as I waited asked me if I would like coffee or water not many places I go are like that - I asked for a water and got it right away. Once I met the provider she was such a nice lady - I wasn’t comfortable having to take the hearing test but she made sure to make me comfortable and I did it with no problem - thank you guys so much for your help and kindness. More businesses need to be like you !! I will be back :)

We waited with another client outside the Grover beach location but the owner never showed and calls only go to voicemail. Waste of time

Michelle was really knowledgeable and very polite. I think she could tell I was nervous and even frustrated with my hearing issue. She did make me feel better by explaining every step of the way. She gave good advice and I left with a sense of direction on how to proceed. I would definitely recommend Connect Hearing to anyone suffering with hearing disabilities.

I purchased my hearing aids in Nova Scotia, Canada and was very pleased with the assessment and prescribed phonak aids. In Florida I had a minor wear problem after using the aids for 3 years and promptly had the issue repaired. Similarly now at 4 years of use I had a minor problem here in the Grover Beach area and had an excellent, immediate, pleasant and professional assessment by Chandra who did the repair on the spot. Very reassuring to have this service at Connect Hearing in sites so geographically distant.

This was my first experience in the world of hearing aids. I had done a lot of internet research, but before meeting with Constance and Chandra at Connect Hearing in Grover Beach what I knew was mostly a lot of words without context. From my first appointment, before I was committed to purchasing hearing aids, they spent the time to educate both my wife and me, and in particular to explain what hearing aids could and couldn’t do for me. Constance and Chandra even arranged for a free, trial of the aids we decided were probably right for me. I bought them and so far am very happy. The service and support I have received throughout the process have been excellent. Thank you.

My hearing quit working while on vacation. I went to Connect Hearing in grover beach. I can't say enough about the people and service. The receptionist was so nice. She took the hearing aids to her lab. They were able to fix it in just a few minutes. I am extremely happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone with hearing issues.

Chandra Koeller at the Grover Beach office was Amazing at Helping Me resolve My issue with my Father's hearing aid. She is Friendly, Professional and Has Great Customer Service. Unfortunately Kristin Dennis did not follow up on This issue but Chandra took care of business. I understand that offices are busy but customer service and following up in a Timely matter is Important. It took 3 weeks to resolve this issue. Hearing is a necessity to live a lovely and serene life.

I was in the Connect Hearing store today & had an appointment with Kristin Dennis. My nearly new hearing aid, which I bought in Tucson, Az was giving me problems. I received FANTASTIC service from Tristen. She tried different adjustments & by the time I left the store, it was working MUCH better. She is terrific. Seemed nice...no test, brought old test, didn't look in ears, talk session, selling session all with Kristin Dennis. Had trouble getting a hold of a closed office, contact by email, then there was some problem with my insurance & the seller, Kristin Dennis...something about an expired license at that time I was told by my insurance. Immediately I emailed Kristin and told her of the problems and to CANCEL everything. She emailed me back to say she was going to cancel all. That was June 1. On June 20 I received a call from my insurance to confirm the order/purchase!! No way! Watch out for hearing connect in Grover Beach!
