Happy to restore my hearing aid after hearing only half the time

Mollar Georgy helped my father with new hearing aids and was professional and kind. He was knowledgable and laid out all the information that we needed to know prior to making a decision. This place is in a great location of Glendale and the whole staff was amazing.

Was referred here through my PCP and have been their client for six months now. Mollar Gregory is fantastic. A good listener and very patient. He has been very affecting in diagnosing, explaining and fitting me with the appropriate hearing aids. I’ve never had any problems with any of the staff and am very happy with the results of my hearing aids. Scheduling appointments with Jasmin has always been a pleasure as well. She is always very pleasant and professional. Would definitely recommend.

My experience with Mollar Georgy was almost magical. After purchasing hearing aids from a private audiologist for $10 K, and still struggling with my hearing, I had the pleasure of working with Mollar. He is kind, a great active listener, a great communicator and very reassuring. He takes the time to answer all questions with a great deal of patience. I look forward to seeing him in 3 weeks for my three week check in. I have so much hope for a lifestyle improvement with my new hearing devices which are calibrated for my individual needs. She was great I had referred my grandmother there and so far she is satisfied by the way, Jasmin has spoke to her about her Adjustment she was on it and it and I’ve notice her hard work I’m very satisfied with Jasmin‘s work. Susie Grafman, Connect's audiologist, is awesome! She is highly competent in her work and very kind and empathetic with her clients. My father, one of her clients, didn't want to admit he needed hearing aids - it was a new phase of his life. Susie fully understood his emotions and gingerly led him into a new realm of better hearing. He now loves his hearing aids and is always happy to go and visit Susie and her staff!

I have been going to the Connect Hearing Glendale office for approximately four years now, under the care and attention of Susan Graffman. Susan has done a marvelous, outstanding job of ensuring that my hearing aids are tuned properly, fit properly and are the proper model for my hearing aid issues. I have been elsewhere, and stopped 'hopping around' here due to the excellent service she and Connect Hearing Glendale provide. I'd give them a 10-star rating if I could.

Our experience at Connect Hearing was a great one. The staff were extremely professional, providing helpful information and explanations. The overall clinic had a good, positive energy and I would be more than happy to recommend the office to others.

I’ve been wearing my cros solution for almost two years and LOVE it! Susie and her team at Connect Hearing have made the process seamless from Day 1. Before I called Connect Hearing, I was discouraged from researching other providers for several months. Susie and her team simplified the process and asked real questions about my needs. She took time to truly listen and as a result I’m able to enjoy life again. She cares about her patients, and combined with her expertise, she makes sure you’re taken care of every time. Susan was terrific. She took the time to listen to why I was there and didn’t just assume that she knew why was wrong. She was very professional through the whole process. While I didn’t have a severe issue, she thought that she may be able to help me. She let me try something for two weeks to see if it helped. Even though it didn’t make a marked difference, I wouldn’t have had any other way to find out. There was no “selling” of any kind. Just genuine help. I will definitely be going back once a year to get checked.

The staff was very professional every one was very kind. I would have like to go a bit slower and communicate with us a bit better, because I would have like to discuss if we had other options as far as equipment and prices. I felt a bit pressure and confuse at times. But the end result was amazing, my father is very happy and he can now hear so much better and join in the conversations.

My mom is very happy with the result. She is enjoying her TV and any gatherings she goes to.

Another Update: 02/20/25 I've had this pair of hearing aids for about 3.5 yrs. Last month I started to have a lot of white noise from both hearing aids and the volume was turned up very high. I used the Phonak phone app to adjust both the volume and white noise. Yesterday, I had an appt with Molar (who've I've seen before) and he explained I had unintentionally created different "streaming programs" on my phone, hence all the off and on white noise during the day. He reset all the programs that come with the phone, checked the hearing aids, and assured me the hearing aids would work well. Today, the hearing aids are perfect! No white noise, volume is correct, and I can still stream on my phone without any white noise problems. Thank you so much, Molar! I highly recommend Molar as he provided good information and service! 5 stars! Update: 11/15/22 After approximately 4 yrs, I am still very satisfied with Connect Hearing. This afternoon, my husband and I met with Carlos Ortiz to tweak a few issues on our hearing aids. Carlos addressed and fixed each issue. He changed the settings which helped make hearing with the hearing aids more comfortable, provided good information to our questions, and cleaned and replaced the filter and caps. Thank you, Carlos, for a nice and productive meeting. Original Review: I decided to call Connect Hearing Glendale because of their selection of brands for hearing aids. I previously went to another office where there was just one brand to choose from. Once I met Susie Grafman, at Connect Hearing Glendale, I was sold. Susie's knowledge, experience, thoroughness, and desire to help clients have better quality of life was reassuring and comforting. Wearing hearing aids was a big decision for me and she helped to put the fear, discomfort, and stereotypes aside. I am extremely pleased with my hearing aids and I highly recommend Connect Hearing Glendale and Susie Grafman.

Susie (Grafman) is terrific. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding her versatile product line and she could certainly find the right product for you. The offices are nice, easy parking just behind the building (90 minutes free) and just a few steps down a tree lined walkway to the front door of the building. I would recommend checking out the product line that she has to offer.

Susie and her staff at Connect Hearing are great. We walked in to check prices for new hearing aids and after a quick examination and history. Susie informed us of a new program that we qualified for. So instead of costing us thousands, the hearing aids were free. Can't say enough about this wonderful staff. My mom has never been happier and can hear much clearer than she has in years.
