The Doc is superb!

Professional and informative.

Everything was lovely. Front desk was very kind but could have spoken a bit more clearly. Dan was very kind & very helpful but didn't extend a hand for a handshake. I understand if that's not protocol. I was quite satisfied with the overall and so far pleased with the hearing aids. A definite improvement.

Daniel Alan Newmark, MA is an amazing doctor. My mom had problems with hearing for years On May 2019, I made appointment for her and was very happy with testing. Doctor listens to what is going on and works with her to figure out the best option. Hearing aids that doctor orders is perfect, easy to put and easy to use ( compare with her old that she had for many years, but never used) . Thanks for good explanation too. I consider doctor Newmark is one of the most caring and knowledgeable doctors and I would recommend him to everyone who has hearing problems or discomfort, they will be in good hands!

I took my grandfather here to get his hearing aid and we had wonderful experience. Every point from the reception desk to doctor's office was mastered to perfection. When the time hit our appointment time, they immediately called us in and didn't make us wait whatsoever. The doctor explained everything very thoroughly and scheduled a follow up appointment to make adjustments. I'm very happy with their service and I highly recommend them to others.

After having worn hearing aids for five years, I found that it was time to have my hearing checked because I couldn't argue with the clear evidence that my hearing had deteriorated over time. I tried Connect Hearing because that was the provider connected with my insurer. It was easy to make an appointment at a time that suited my needs, and when I arrived I found the offices to be well lit, clean and pleasantly appointed. Reception staff were friendly. The audiologist, Dan Newmark, performed a thorough exam and hearing evaluation, and helped me choose hearing devices that met my needs, including Bluetooth compatibility and equalization adjustments that allowed me to adapt frequencies to suit my needs as a performing musician. After a week or two of experimentation and trial we settled on some basic settings, and I found that with some software I downloaded to my Iphone, I was able to customize additional settings to suit a variety of situations. I was in yesterday for a six-month follow-up and I asked Dan to replace a small component that had come loose. No problem. Overall, I'm delighted with Connect Hearing and my hearing aids, and would recommend them without reservation.
