I had the pleasure of having Carlos Ortiz fit my 92 year old mom for hearing aids. Mr. Ortiz is definitely thorough and explains the process completely. He is attentive and answers your questions with a detailed explanation. I cannot state how impressed and grateful I am with his ability and dedication to having my mom hear again. Lastly, he and his staff took care of all the required medical paperwork, which can be tedious at times. A sincere thank you.

Because of my age and ear wax manufacturing, I visit the office frequently. She helps me as quickly as she can. I am amazed at her skill and knowledge. She has been able to diagnose the problem and remedy the situation. She carefully explains what has happened and ways I might avoid future issues. I leave the office with hearing aids that work and a pleasant goodbye from Rosy. AudioNova is extremely fortunate to have her. Every business should have one like Rosy.

Super friendly environment, the sweetest drs ever. My dad needed his first hearing aids so I took him here for a test and he was super happy and loved the attention they gave him. Really recommend. They explained clearly how to use his hearing aid ,how to care for them, theyr just super helpful and nice.
