The facility was clean, fast, and professional. the initial visit was thorough. I did not feel rushed during the visit and all of my questions were answered in a polite, friendly manner. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing to check their hearing. I plan to go back here for my check up in 3 years.

Connect Hearing is a great place. First, Yvonne in the front desk welcome you and make you feel you are in the right place. Then Allison, took all the time to analyze my situation, she made some hearing test and recommended what was the best for my situation. I Will keep coming to this place. Thanks a lot Allison.

What a great experience! Went in for a hearing checkup since it had been longer than I can remember since I’ve had it done (I’m in my early 30’s) and Allison was awesome! Patient and knowledgeable, she walked me through my own results and took the time to give advice for a stubborn relative that is pushing back on getting her own hearing tested. Couldn’t have asked for a better appointment, highly recommended if you find yourself wondering about your own hearing ability, or if you can’t recall the last time you’ve gone in to get it assessed.

As someone who has a hearing loss young, I never knew what hearing aids could do for me, and how much they would change my life. Hearing Instrument Specialist, Allison, helped me feel comfortable, confident, and showed me a whole new world with hearing aids. Truly amazing service, and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. After multiple interactions with Allison Campbell at Connect Hearing in Carlsbad office within past few months, I am pleased to share that she is the best service provider I have ever encountered for evaluation and programming my advanced hearing aids. As a senior engineer, I am amazed to see how Allison responds to my challenging questions. She is very knowledgeable and great understanding professional comparing to multiple service providers I have known in the past 20 years. She pays great attention to clients’ concerns and find the best way to address it. Despite her great experience, she still tries to call customer service to check if any other or better solution is available. She is passionate about addressing clients’ concerns as well as learning new solutions that would benefit other clients. I will rate 10 out of 10 for Allison’s qualify of service.

I have been associated with Connect Hearing for 12 years. Whenever I needed the hearing aid cleaned or adjusted I always received immediate and complete service. The problem was always fixed at the visit. It is a pleasure dealing with this firm.

This is the best way to improve your hearing. The first time you have your test, get your hearing aid and batteries and walk out with great hearing. A year later you go back, have your test, get your aids cleaned and pick up another years supply of batteries at no charge. Simple, easy with great service.

I recently had the most amazing visit to Connect Hearing and Dr.Colarusso. Due to past experience with hearing aides I was apprehensive and even a bit sad because I expected to leave with the same dismal results as previously experienced. WOW! I had a hearing test that was amazingly professional. Much different then other tests I've had. Within about a week I had the most amazing hearing aides! They are wonderful and I love them! My life is so much better now that I can hear and communicate instead of being on the sidelines. Thank you Dr. Colarusso! Truly amazing!!!

I recently visited the Carlsbad, California office for my yearly hearing and aids checkup, and had a terrific experience. First, this is a new office and it looks great, comfortable and professional. Congratulations. The Specialist who saw me is Allison Campbell. She is new to the "hearing world", and clearly already a professional. She is intelligent, well trained and certainly knows her profession. The hearing tests were thorough, her analysis was right-on, and she improved several things with my aids that made improvements in my hearing. She reprogrammed, tweaked, and made suggestions that improved my hearing. I commend her and look forward to my next visit when we will be discussing upgrading my aids to a more modern, technically superior model. I commend Connect Hearing for hiring Allison. She is already an asset to Connect Hearing. Il certainly recommend Allison and the Carlsbad office to anyone who may be interested in improved hearing.

I was seen promptly, within an hour of calling for a minor repair. Front office staff was very helpful and courteous in getting me in quickly. Sal was also very helpful in solving my problem and even replaced parts that were still functioning on my other aid "in case I had a problem with it later". Don't see this level of service often anymore. Thanks guys!

Best service. My highest recommendation.

Staff is very much customer service oriented. Technicians are patient and answer questions or explain the technology without a lot of "techno babble". Wendy, the office manager/receptionist is excellent. Always seems to have a lot on her plate but always willing and able to help. They always have their coffee hot and ready for anybody who stops by. It would be worth your time to stop in, enjoy a cup of coffee and hear (get it) about their products and services. You won't be sorry.

This place does an excellent job helping my mom who had a stroke in the not so distant past and has trouble answering questions quickly. They're very patient with her and that is so appreciated. They even work to have her hearing aid repaired although the warranty had expired the week prior, they worked with the company to extend it one week for her. Would definitely recommend.
