I had my hearing aids for about a year and had to go in several times to get it to work well. Then I met with Krystal who was very pleasant to work with my issues. She knew exactly what I needed help with to get my hearing aid to work better. with how I'm really pleased with how much it has improved my daily life.

Connect hearing is the most wonderful place you could ever go if you need hearing aids or if you need the ones that you are wearing repaired. Connie and Laurie are there to help you. They are small office but with a huge huge concerns about you and your hearing problems. I find them both to be marvelous and Connie is a great technician and a great audio specialist. Laurie also knows what she's doing and she handles the front office with ease. I highly recommend this place for all of your hearing needs. They are a boutique agency but you would think you are in a huge department store with your own personal audiologist. Connie and Laurie will go out of their way to help you. They accept most insurances and I'm sure they would set up a payment plan for you. They did not ask me to write this I did this on my own I've been going to them for years and truly happy and very satisfied with everything they've done for me.

Have been a customer of Janelle for many years.She helped me replace my first set that had stopped working after moving to AZ. The new ones worked for many years until they became outdated with all the new tech advances. I got new last year and love being able to do a lot of controlling on my phone when I am in different situations. She is always available if I need an adjustment and have sent friends to her. She is one great lady!!

Lori Hoover is really wonderful with the patients and their family members. She truly cares about people and it shows in how she greets and treats everyone. She also is very helpful when people have problems since she has been doing this for many years.

I have had hearing loss for almost 40 years, with many versions of hearing aids and the people fitting them. Janelle Blair is BY FAR the most skilled, psychologically astute (for, indeed, there is a large psychological component of hearing loss--and she understands that), and supportive Hearing Care Professional I have ever encountered. She and her right-hand Patient Care Coordinator Lori Hoover are a wonderful team, and every talent that Janelle has is multiplied by Lori. Together, they have become an essential part of my life, with their kindness and understanding and welcoming whenever I come to their office. I pray they will be there as long as I need them--there for me, and for all others.
