It has been a real pleasure dealing with Connect Hearing and its fine, professional staff here in the Village of Oakcreek over the past several years. Connect Hearing's location (next to Clark's Market) is especially convenient.

I am a little late posting this review. I went to Connect Hearing on July 2nd 2019. Bonnie helped me get scheduled and was so helpful, professional and super friendly. And, then I met Misty ( audiologist) at the clinic. She was thorough , informative, and also super friendly . It was a great experience - made me feel welcomed and I felt well taken care of . The BEST service I've had in the 10 years I've been wearing hearing aids. This is my first pair with this company and they are hands-down better than Miracle Ear and almost half the price AND a Caption phone was included. With Miracle, you would have to pay an additional amount. Couldn't be happier.

I had a tough situation arise with my hearing aids while I was visiting Sedona from out of state. Though I wasn't their regular patient, the folks were quick to work me in and help out by contacting my audiologist and professionally re-programmed my units, solving the issue very quickly and professionally -- all at no charge. They treated me very well and graciously, especially considering they would probably never see me again.

I was referred to Connect Hearing after my previous provider passed away. I have been in twice. Both times I was greeted warmly and had nothing but professional care. The provider recommended I get a Blue Tooth TV device so that I could hear TV better. I decided to get it. I can't wait for it to arrive. I am very impressed with the staff and look forward to my next visit.

First time getting a hearing aid. Misty was excellent, explained all aspects in a way I could understand. She was very patient during test and did not rush me through. She is definitely an asset to your company.

Connect Hearing is the best place to go if you are looking for knowledgable people and quality service. I had never been to hearing connect before. I had removed my hearing aids and the clear dome from one of them remained lodged in my ear canal. I had to fly to New York the following day and was hoping I didn't have to spend the day in the emergency room trying to get this thing removed. I walked in without an appointment and Misty Crespo removed the dome from my ear with no problem. She made me feel at ease the moment I met her. She and her staff are true professionals. I would recommend them to anyone. To top things off when I asked what I own her she told me don't worry about it and just enjoy the rest of the day. Thank you Misty!

Misty Crespo at the Sedona AZ Connect Hearing Office was a pleasure to work with. Of all the hearing experts I have dealt with over the last 10 years she ranks at the top of the list. She had extensive experience before she came to Sedona, is extremely knowledgeable about the science of hearing, conducts herself professionally, and is willing to help out in any way possible. On several occasions I needed professional advice and assistance and Misty was there to provide it.

Misty and Kassi are amazing. The atmosphere is very professional. Misty is very knowledgeable in her field and makes you feel extremely comfortable 12 being in her office.

At last! Arizona's Verde Valley now has a hearing care professional capable of handling the most challenging problems we customers can come up with. After meeting Misty Crespo, I was quickly convinced that she is not only a hearing expert, but appears to be clairvoyant as well. With a little sneaky help from the latest technology, she really does know much of what's going on in my head! What's more, she is willing to put in the extra effort to make all my crazy ideas actually happen. As a result, my wife and I are both enjoying the best hearing we've had in years! My only complaint is that my wife's hearing has improved so dramatically that she keeps turning the television volume down to half of our norm, forcing me to increase the volume on my hearing aids! Not only are Misty and Kassi easy to work with, they're fun as well. My wife and I look forward to regular visits to their Sedona Connect Hearing facility for decades to come.

This office has been fantastic to work with. The hearing exam was the most complete exam I have ever had and it made sense to test what we actually experience rather than the simple beeps that we normally would hear. Once the test was complete the various aids were explained and I was given a demo set to test for 15 days. After the first day I realized that the aids were so much better than I had been given by the VA as they actually worked to improve my hearing under various circumstances. The net effect was a new "lease" on life including the ability to hear. I highly recommend Mitsy and Cassie at this office for your hearing problems. Jim Reichert

AWESOME service. I was a walk-in from out of town with a VA hearing aid requiring service. Only lady in the office was with a patient. Another customer ahead of me was also a walk-in. With a VERY pleasant demeanor she answered the other person's question and promptly fixed my problem. I was out of there within ten minutes. Misty and Kassi are Awesome! Misty really knows her stuff and will set you up with the hearing aids that are best for you so you can enjoy hearing again. Kassi is extremely knowledgeable working with insurance companies and can help you along every step of the way with your provider.

Never thought the idea of adapting to hearing aids would be enjoyable however Misty Crespo from Connect Hearing Inc. in Sedona is amazing and makes it a great experience. Misty's interpersonal skills are exceptional. She answers any and all questions and, if her appointments with me are any indication, it's obvious she enjoys helping others. Misty also has a great sense of humor and tailors each consultation to the needs of the client. I know she's helped me adjust to my new hearing aides over my last 3 visits. The was a follow up from a test I received from another Hearing Specialist a week earlier. Misty and Cassie were both very professional. I liked the technology better than the other clinic and was impressed with the video scope of the er drums... Never saw that before. Misty took a picture. She was easy to talk with and I got a hands on trial of Phonak hearing aids. This alone answered many additional questions I had after the last appointment. Much more time was spent with me than at the other appointment. I really felt like "I" mattered. I used to teach world class service for a major transportation company and I know world class service when I see it.
