I am giving AudioNova Scottsdale a 10 star out of 10 review for the service I received on September 19 and 22, 2025. September 19 I walked in seeking help with a problem with my hearing aids. I walked into a very clean lobby area and greeted by Lori immediately. She was working on paperwork and some packages but stopped and immediately started taking care of my issue. She listened very carefully to my issue and started examining and assessing different possible solutions. After about 45 minutes she was unable to remedy the problem and set up an appointment with a the specialist Emma. On September 22, 2025 I met Emma who immediately started working on the issue. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She tried everything including examining my cell phone. After exhausting all possible avenues, the aids were going to be sent in for repairs. In conclusion, it was a very pleasant experience with Lori and Emma. Great customer service. Very professional Excellent personal skills Clean lobby, examine room, and work areas.

Eric at Connect Hearing in Scottsdale is so capable and knowledgeable in solving technical problems associated with hearing aids. I had been to another business much closer to my home but they were incapable of getting my hearing aids connected to Bluetooth and the app on my phone. Eric knew exactly what needed to be done and had me connected in no time at all. I'll be using Connect Hearing exclusively from now on!

I have been going to Audi Nova/Connect Hearing on Hayden for 10 plus years. The audiologist, Emma, is top notch - responsive, personable, professional and has done a great job with my hearing needs. My hearing has changed over the years and Emma keeps me informed as to things that make me hear better. The administrative staff, currently Lori, always works with me on getting appointments that work and any billing and insurance needs. If you have hearing issues, you can trust Audio Nova with those issues.

Great place. Customer service is beyond compare. Knowledgeable about all aspects of hearing loss and hearing aids, especially fitting and programming.

I live in Atlanta GA but I am in Scottsdale AZ visiting my son (a Plastic Surgeon) and a daughter, and of course all the grandchildren. I was having difficulty with my PHONAK hearing aids so we searched on that to find a local Audiologist to hopefully fix my problem. Connect Hearing came up and with Kathryn Zietz a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist as the technician. I made an appointment for 12/7 and had an amazing office visit with her. Fantastic is the word that best describes her abilities and depth of knowledge from 20 years of experience. I cannot give a higher recommendation than Kathryn Zietz to anyone who needs hearing aid assistance. And she does not even know that I am writing this evaluation of her professionalism!
