Just what I needed. I had all my questions answered had a good fitting and Anna is a sweetheart. I highly recommend Connect Hearing.

I decided to take my mother to Connect Hearing as it was a consumer reports recommended business for a hearing aides dispensary. Anna first tested my mother’s hearing with her current pair of aides, which by the way are ten years old. Understandably she didn’t hear very well and scored low. Anna explained my mother could her the vowels but not so much the consonants. She was then evaluated in the soundproof booth and then fitted with Phonak hearing aides and then tested again and doubled her score. Phonak was another consumer reports recommended hearing aide. My mother tried them for two weeks with a little adjustment made during the trial period. Hearing aides are very expensive but I feel better knowing that Connect Hearing and Phonak are consumer reports recommended.

Anna is the best audiologist. Anna is friendly, very knowledgable and goes the extra mile to fix a problem. I have gone to Anna since 2010 and I wouldn't consider going to anyone else.

My mother at 91 has been wearing hearing aids for a long time. Her current ones not working well anymore and she wasn’t pleased with the service she was receiving. So when she received the Connect Hearing flyer in the mail she was so ready to check out a new place. Anna Ellis was a breath of fresh air. She was very patient and new exactly what my mother needed. Anna and Christine are very professional as well as knowledgable. They are with the Connect Hearing company. Their location is on ValVista just south of Southern. Anna gave me a hearing test and she determined hearing aids would be very helpful for my hearing loss. I first settled on the ones my insurance allowed me a co-pay for them. During the trial period I decided to exchange my hearing aids for some that would work better for me. Anna helped me choose another brand and I am in love with them. They were not covered by my insurance but they are well worth the money. The exchange went on with absolutely no problem. Remember when choosing your hearing aids that cheaper is not always the way to go. You get what you pay for. You also need to consider the service you will receive after your purchase. Connect Hearing is the place to go.

It was awesome! My other brand hearing aid (not purchased at Connect Hearing) stopped working and I was frantic. I made an appointment with Connect Hearing and they immediately gave me a loaner until the one I purchased came it. I was in heaven! Not only because I had one that actually fit my ear but also that I could hear so much better and the cost was amazingly reasonable. The following week I went back and got my purchased one. It was so fast and easy. The tests were great; the staff were so friendly and efficient. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you for your fast service and efficiency.

Had hearing exam with Anna Ellis and also ordered custom earplugs to help prevent further hearing loss while riding motorcycles. It was a great experience and learned a lot about the newest hearing aids are bluetooth enabled now and Connect Hearing uses internationally sold aids so great for snowbirds and travelers that are in different parts of the country or outside the country if a warranty situation may arise

Anna Ellis and Connect Hearing did an amazing job getting me the right hearing aides. They spent a lot of time with me hooked up to hearing equipment to ensure I was getting the best hearing aide for my situation. The improvement in technology today compared to seven years ago, when I got my first hearing aides, is like the difference between night and day. I got Annas information from a home show in mesa. I recently moved to Arizona so I don't have any doctors yet and have always had massive hearing loss in my left ear due to genetic nerve damage. When i moved here, I wasn't sure what I was going to do about doctors and getting a hearing aid always seemed out of the question because the Drs where I came from said it wasn't possible to help me. Then I went and saw Anna. She was gentle and calming which is what I need in a Dr because I have terrible anxiety when it comes to Drs. She helped me fit and figure out a hearing aid, showed me what was what and didn't laugh when I asked tons of questions. She and her staff are all very professional and kind. I think I found my audiologist :)

The best hearing test I have ever had done. Not just tones, but spoken words. I was able to understand why I can hear somethings, but not others. This is really a great facility. Both were so generous with their time and expertise, and our residents were extremely pleased to have such a valuable service come right to us!
