Awesome experience

I recently had a fantastic experience with AudioNova in Gilbert, AZ while looking for hearing aids. The environment was incredibly welcoming, making my visit stress-free. I really appreciated the no-pressure approach and the knowledge and insights that they have. One of the standout features was the ability to try before I buy. This allowed me to experience the improvement the Phonak hearing aids provided. It made a huge difference in ensuring I made the right decision regarding my hearing loss. I highly recommend AudioNova Gilbert for anyone in search of hearing aids.

Very happy with the service there!

I haven’t had a hearing exam for years. So, I didn’t know what to expect. Juan and Don were very nice and professional. The exam was very thorough. Don, was very knowledgeable about hearing aids, which made me very comfortable. He explained what to expect when using hearing aids and how to use them. He even connected my new Evine’s to my iPhone. I would recommend AudioNova to anyone that needs a hearing aid.

Don and Red are great to work with also they are good at what they do ,its been a year scents my last posting. These phonak aids have WiFi to the phone and TV, which is a great feature, not being tech savvy I had my problems with the bluetooth to my TV. Don was willing to come to my home if needed to fix the connection, he walked me though everything and got it done. When ever i messed something up with the aids ,Don and Red have been more than ready to help, they have stopped what they doing to to get done. They are what we need in todays world SUPPORT. I recommend Connect hearing in Gilbert

I finally had to come to the reality, my hearing was really bad. You just don’t know it until you keep telling people, “Huh” or “What?!”. Calling my insurance company gave me Connect Hearing. I was nervous and somewhat afraid. I just didn’t want to face my reality. When I called, I was immediately taken off guard because I’m so used to a woman answering. Red, the office admin, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions and responded to my concerns like he knew what I had been going through. Think of someone holding out there hand to help you up off the ground, after falling. That’s Red! Dr Cochran, who seems like a practical, down to earth, sensible guy, walked me through every step of what had been going on with my hearing. He explained the process he needed to take and how the process would improve my life overall. He put me through some testing and afterwards he was able to determine what my hearing aids needed to do. He worked with me, knowing darn full well I was nervous, until ALL my questions were answered. From his confidence, courtesy, professionalism, whatever you want to call it, I accepted my new reality and put on the hearing aids. I suddenly realized how much I had lost. Hearing aids won’t give me back 100% of my hearing, and the doctor stated that, but we have come closer than I’ve had for over a decade! That week I went to many familiar places to test these things out! I was intent on putting these through their paces. They’ve held up pretty well and the best part was I could get directionality again; even eaves drop on conversations. I know, shame on me! I was shocked when I could have my phone in my pocket and be on the phone. That shocked quite a few people, in the checkout line. What’s even better is, I can shut these down, and know one even has to know it. As a school teacher, that can be a saving grace and a tactical practice! Thank you Doctor Cochran and thank you Red for giving me a piece of my life back! I am forever grateful!

I highly recommend Connect Hearing, Gilbert Az. Don Cochran and staff were exceptional. Everything was explained clearly (especially for a simple guy like me). Mr. Cochran is very knowledgeable and staff member “Red” is great at setting up accommodating appointments. Again, I highly recommend this facility for all your hearing aid needs.

My name is Mary Eagan. Having recently moved to Gilbert, I needed to find a place where I could get help with my Phonak Bi-Cros Hearing Aid. After searching on Google, I read the reviews for Connect Hearing - they were all helpful and very positive and I was pretty sure that this was the place I needed to contact. On my first visit, I met with Red and he was incredibly knowledgeable about the Phonak hearing aids. He explained in detail how my Phonak worked - things that were never explained to me when I purchased it. On my next visit, I met with Don Cochran who is Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Science. I had no idea that you could be Board Certified in this category and I worked in the Medical field for years. This man is simply amazing in his thorough knowledge of the science of hearing and hearing aids! And more than that, he communicates this knowledge in a way so easily understood. Having had 42 hours of brain surgery, I am ALWAYS very ill at ease in any unfamiliar scenario but Don is just wonderful at putting you at ease, no matter what your concerns are. His voice and demeanor are very calm, so much so that I became calm as he taught me things about my Phonak Bi-Cros that I just did not know. Since my Phonak was 12 years old - I bought a new Marvel Advantage and have been so very happy at how the new technology of this instrument has changed my life! This is the place to go to for ALL your hearing concerns - Red and Don are the very best at what they do!.........you will be very glad that you did!

I went to Connect Hearing about four years ago for assistance in meeting hearing challenges (originally the office was Hearmor). Don Cochran and his staff have always been very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I have known Dave for close to twenty years, when my father got up there in years I went to him to purchase a pair of hearing aids. He made easy, simple and painless, now for more than 10 years my dad has been able to function normal and hear every word I say.. If and when there comes a time for a repair or cleaning that I cannot do, I simply just call him and he handled it the very same day, heck he has even come out to my home just to make it convenient for us. Dave is a very knowledgable hearing aid technician, in service and repairs and has a great personality that just adds to his customers satisfaction rating . I would use this company and recommend then with 10 stars Completely and totally satisfied I would never go anywhere else!!

Great gentleman to deal with Red the tech he professional and will not take advantage of you in fact he will save you money by getting to the point and not try and sell you a load of bull. Strait forward. Don the hearing specialist is the same way thay are there to help you and have you hearing in no time best team ever.

Ya can't get better service from nicer people anywhere.

I have had my hearing aids for a year now. I could not be happier with them and the service I received and the knowledge of Don Cochran. Red, at the front desk always is friendly having knowledge close to that of Don. I have had a couple of issues, self caused, and was able to get right in for the repair. Top quality businessmen!
