Meet Our Staff
Kathy Sonnamaker, Au.D.
Kathy Sonnamaker, AuD, a new resident to Mountain Home, completed her Master’s degree in 2001 and received her Doctorate in Audiology from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2005. Dr. Sonnamaker has worked in many clinical settings and found she particularly enjoys working with adult patients in a private practice. She has been an excellent audiological provider for over 20 years. She has won the Reader’s Choice award for best audiologist in Marble Falls, Texas multiple times. The most fulfilling part of her job is building personal relationships with her patients. In her free time, Kathy enjoys napping, fishing, watching football and spending time with her friends, family and pets. Matthew A. Taylor, Au.D.
Dr. Matthew Taylor, Au.D., CCC-A, and his wife Tricia moved to Mountain Home, Arkansas in 1997 when he began work for Triplet Hearing Centers. In 2002 they purchased the practice and in 2018 their 10-clinic practice became part of AudioNova. Dr. Taylor received his doctorate from The University of Florida in August of 2002. He completed his Master of Arts degree and his bachelor’s degree at Kent State University in Ohio. Dr. Taylor is a member of the American Academy of Audiology, American Speech Language Hearing Association, Arkansas Speech Language Hearing Association, and is licensed in the states of Arkansas and Tennessee. When he is not busy tuning ears, Dr. Taylor enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children fishing, traveling and working outdoors.
Randy Fore, HHP, BC-HIS, ACA
Randy Fore is an experienced Audioprostologist at Taylor Hearing's Mountain Home clinic. Randy has been living in the area since 1962 and holds HHP, BC-HIS, and ACA credentials with clinical specialties in testing, fitting hearing aids, and cerumen management. Randy's career highlights include serving as the Chairman of the Arkansas License Board of Hearing Instrument Dispenser and being a member of the Arkansas License Board for 9 years. He has also been on 4 mission trips, where he has helped thousands of people with hearing difficulties in Nicaragua, Mexico City and Guadalajara, Mexico. He is a member of the International Hearing Society and the Arkansas Hearing Society and volunteers at a local hospital. Randy is passionate about helping people with hearing difficulties communicate with the gift of being able to hear. He wants his patients to know that he is there to help them on their hearing journey to better hearing. Outside of work, Randy enjoys spending time at home working on his shop and yard, restoring his 1951 Chevy truck, and spending time on his tractor and front-end loader. Randy and his partner, Anne, have a combined total of 5 children and 11 grandchildren. Randy is known for being very caring, trustworthy, and humorous by his patients. A fun fact that he loves to share with his patients is that he has three Checker automobiles.
Randi Williams, BC-HIS
Randi Williams, is a Hearing Instrument Specialist who works for AudioNova in both the Cherokee Village and Mountain Home clinics. Her clinical specialties include efficiently fitting patients with hearing aids during their clinic visits. Randi is licensed in the state of Missouri and Arkansas as a Hearing Instrument Specialist and is a member of the Arkansas Hearing Society. She is passionate about helping people hear better, regardless of their financial situation. Randi graduated from Missouri State University in 2007 with an Associate of Applied Science in Child and Family Development. She became a hearing care provider because of her niece’s experience with hearing loss. Her favorite part of working as a hearing care provider is helping people hear better. Outside of work, Randi enjoys running, spending time with her family, and attending church. She is married to her husband Keith and has two daughters, Karley and Shelbie, along with two dogs and four cats. Her favorite sports teams are the Arkansas Razorbacks in basketball and football. Randi loves learning about photography and her patients would describe her as polite, sweet, and passionate. A fun fact about Randi is that she is a two-time marathoner.
Moriah Fore, H.I.S.
Meet Moriah Fore, a Hearing Instrument Specialist who has been making a positive impact on her patients’ lives since 2014. Moriah works at AudioNova, at both the Mountain Home and Mountain View clinics. Moriah’s clinical specialties include testing patients’ hearing, fitting/adjusting hearing aids, removing wax, and repairing broken hearing aids. She is a member of the Arkansas Hearing Society and volunteers with a local hospital’s volunteer program. Moriah’s journey into the hearing health field began in October 2014 when she traveled to Nicaragua to work alongside a hearing aid manufacturer to identify and fit people with hearing loss. This experience inspired her to pursue a career in hearing care and brought her closer to her goal of making a positive impact on people’s lives. Moriah graduated from Arkansas State University Mountain Home in 2013 with an Associate of Arts degree, originally majoring in Psychology and Sociology. Her favorite part of working as a hearing care provider is forming relationships with her patients and putting broken hearing aids back together. When she’s not at work, Moriah enjoys being out on the water, playing music, and spending time with friends and family, and his a huge the Arkansas Razorbacks fan. Moriah’s patients describe her as patient, caring, and knowledgeable. And a fun fact about her is that she was part of a German-American exchange program in high school. Moriah’s mission is to bring her patients closer to the ones they love and improve their overall quality of life through better hearing.
