Meet Our Staff

Randi Williams, BC-HIS

Randi Williams, is a Hearing Instrument Specialist who works for AudioNova in both the Cherokee Village and Mountain Home clinics. Her clinical specialties include efficiently fitting patients with hearing aids during their clinic visits. Randi is licensed in the state of Missouri and Arkansas as a Hearing Instrument Specialist and is a member of the Arkansas Hearing Society. She is passionate about helping people hear better, regardless of their financial situation. Randi graduated from Missouri State University in 2007 with an Associate of Applied Science in Child and Family Development. She became a hearing care provider because of her niece’s experience with hearing loss. Her favorite part of working as a hearing care provider is helping people hear better. Outside of work, Randi enjoys running, spending time with her family, and attending church. She is married to her husband Keith and has two daughters, Karley and Shelbie, along with two dogs and four cats. Her favorite sports teams are the Arkansas Razorbacks in basketball and football. Randi loves learning about photography and her patients would describe her as polite, sweet, and passionate. A fun fact about Randi is that she is a two-time marathoner.

I have severe hearing loss so I needed the latest technology in hearing aids. This office had them in stock. I knew I wanted Phonac because all my research told me they were the best company and made in Germany. This office staff was very nice and easy to work with. We had a pleasant experience and I recommend them.

Absolutely Horrible, with some young Rude Girl that works there. My mother got hearing aids there and they explained nothing and didn’t even download the app for her. DEFINITELY FIND ANOTHER PLACE FOR YOUR HEARING AIDS, to many options to put up with that mess when you spend right at 5K for hearing aids.

I noticed that the filter for my right hearing aid was missing. I was concerned that it could be in the ear canal. I call Randi Williams and she had an opening at 12:30. She checked my ear and said that the filter was not in my ear. Great, quick service. Thanks to all.

Got a hearing test, i have a hearing loss probably from military service . Randi was very helpful and showed me several options . I told her i am in the process of submittjng a VA claim for hearing loss, but that i am going to get hearing aids from a private company. She is trying to let me have a loaner set of hearing aids to try out for a few weeks so i can see if i like them. Very nice people at Taylor Hearing Center , very professional and competent also.
