HF3/HF4 Filter Care
To ensure optimal performance, replace the wax filter once a month or as instructed by your hearing care professional.
If your hearing care professional has informed you that your hearing aid is equipped with a HF3/HF4 filter, please follow the instructions below for proper filter maintenance.
Your HF3/HF4 filter should be changed when:
- You observe that the filter positioned in the receiver is obstructed.
- The hearing aid does not produce normal sound.
Removing the used HF3/HF4 wax filter
Inserting a new HF3/HF4 wax filter
Remove the old and insert a new wax filter using the HF3/HF4 Filter Dial.
