CeruStop Filter Care
To ensure optimal performance, replace the wax filter once a month or as instructed by your hearing care professional.
If your hearing care professional has informed you that your hearing aid is equipped with a dome (steps 1-5) or SlimTip/c-shell (steps 2-5), please follow the instructions below for proper filter maintenance.
Your CeruStop filter should be changed when:
- You observe that the filter positioned in the receiver is obstructed.
- The hearing aid does not produce normal sound.
Remove the old and insert a new wax filter using the Cerustop tool.
