Meet Our Staff

Paige Juarez, Au.D.

Paige Juarez, AuD has practiced in the field of Audiology since 2014 when she joined AudioNova in our New Braunfels clinic. Dr. Juarez has lived in Dripping Springs since 2016 and is now thrilled to be able to provide care in the community she calls home at our new Dripping Springs location. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology, the Texas Academy of Audiology and the Hearing Loss Association of America and enjoys attending national and state Audiology conferences. Dr. Juarez has a true passion for evaluating all patient needs and improving their quality of life through her expertise in hearing loss. She is known to go above and beyond to meet her patient’s goals. Paige enjoys spending time with her husband, Joel, and their 3 young children. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors with her two golden retrievers, shopping at the Dripping Springs Farmers Market, and attending UT Longhorn football games. Education: The University of North Texas, Doctorate of  Audiology, 2015 Saint Edward’s University, Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, 2009

I can’t say enough good things about Estes Audiology in Dripping Springs! My mom relies on her Widex hearing aids, and when they needed repair, I called several places—most of them told me they wouldn’t help to look up the manufacture warranty, since we didn’t purchase the hearing aids from them. However, Estes Audiology was different. They were incredibly kind and accommodating, promptly taking in the hearing aids, ordering the necessary part, and even looking up the manufacturer’s warranty to get them fixed right away. Since my mom depends on them to function daily, their help meant the world to us. They also took the time to calibrate everything to ensure she had the best experience. I highly recommend Estes Audiology, and if I ever need assistance with hearing aids again, they will be my first call!

My daughter and I had a poor experience at a recent appointment - I had asked for a doctor who could sign (I believe she worked at another locaiton) but was told the office would supply an interpreter. Upon arriving to the appointment, we found out it was a video interpreter and the "interpreter" was signing from his car through his iPhone AND could barely sign. It was an extremely awkward experience, and I emailed the generic clinic email address about the experience. Never heard back after emailing twice. Disappointing given I've purchased hearing aids for myself and my daughters here over the years.

Dr. Juarez is the model of a caring and competent professional and always a delight. I called her office with a non-working hearing aid late one Friday, planning to leave town on vacation the next day, and she patiently diagnosed the problem and offered a working solution over the phone. :)

Since this company was taken over by Audio Nova, they have become ruled by corporate bs. They spend all their spare time cold calling their client list to try to drum up business while everything and everyone that made this a good experience has been lost.
