The audiological staff at AudioNova have been proudly serving the residents of Buffalo for many years. We are a vital member of Buffalo's vibrant healthcare community and take pride in providing world-class hearing care locally.
- Jennifer Cook, H.I.S.Jennifer Cook works at AudioNova clinic in Amherst, NY. She is a Hearing Care Provider who performs hearing testing and selects and fits hearing instruments. She prides herself on exemplary patient care focused on the needs of each individual. Jennifer is a lifelong resident of the Amherst/Buffalo area and obtained her education at Daemen College in the field of Art Education. She has worked at AudioNova since her grandmother became a patient in 2015. Jennifer went on to complete her Hearing Aid Dispenser training with the clinic’s Doctor of Audiology. Jennifer’s formal education was a strong foundation that gave her the tools to provide compassionate counseling for her patients. In her spare time Jen enjoys hiking New York’s many different trails and state parks along with her son and dog.
- Ron Coates, BC-H.I.S.Ronald R. Coates III, also known as Ron, BC-HIS, is a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist at AudioNova in the Amherst clinic. With over 20 years of experience fitting hearing aids across nearly all brands, he specializes in personalizing hearing healthcare and working with new patients. Ron is Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences, served in the Marine Corps, and is a Knight of Columbus. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2016. Driven by a passion for helping people live life to its fullest, Ron finds fulfillment in providing tools to improve hearing and empowering patients to take charge of their hearing health. His favorite part of the role is building strong relationships with patients and coworkers. Outside of work, he is an avid runner and enjoys participating in local events in Buffalo and the surrounding areas.
