AudioNova Grand Rapids, MI is a global hearing health care provider with a nationwide network of convenient hearing care clinics in the US.
We are open and accepting appointments for current and new customers. From prevention, to care, to treatment, our hearing experts give you the confidence to take control of your hearing health care at all stages of the journey, through information, easy access, personalization, and pinnacle audiology experience.

Meet the Staff
The audiological staff at AudioNova have been proudly serving the residents of Grand Rapids, MI for many years. We are a vital member of Grand Rapids's vibrant healthcare community and take pride in providing world-class hearing care locally.
- Jacob Giddings, H.I.S.Jacob Giddings is passionate about helping others understand how important hearing health is to their overall well-being. He comes from a long line of hearing health professionals and gets his motivation from his mother, Michelle Giddings, who has been in the hearing industry for over 30 years. Jacob has known since high school that he wanted to follow in his mother’s footsteps. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science/Business Administration degree from Aquinas College, he began working as an audiologist assistant and is now a hearing healthcare provider himself.
- Steve Muenzenmeyer, H.I.S.Hearing Instrument Specialist, practicing primarily in our Grand Rapids and Greenville locations.
