With a wealth of expertise in hearing aid programming and troubleshooting, Joe is committed to providing top-notch hearing care. Joe’s journey in hearing care includes being the previous owner of his own private practice in Grand Rapids, MI, with three locations and a dedicated mobile unit for in-home testing, fittings, and repairs. Motivated by personal experience—his son’s hearing loss—Joe became a hearing care provider to ensure his son and others could hear at their best. Joe finds immense joy in his role, with his favorite part being the ability to give patients improved hearing, allowing them to hear better and more clearly than before. A resident of the Grand Rapids area for 30 years, Joe enjoys sports, computers, and technology outside of work. His dedication to the community and passion for advancing hearing care make Joe VerPlank an invaluable member of AudioNova.
