Chad Putnam, HIS, is a Hearing Instrument Specialist at AudioNova in Temecula. With a strong commitment to improving lives through better hearing, he specializes in comprehensive audiometric testing, tinnitus counseling, hearing aid fittings, and follow-up care. Chad has completed advanced training in Hearing Instrument Sciences and ATRT (All the Right Things) Best Practices, along with certifications from past organizations.
His professional journey includes memberships with the International Hearing Society (IHS) and the Hearing Healthcare Providers of California (HHP). Beyond his clinical work, Chad volunteers with his local church and supports school events, sports, camps, and trips through the Sons and Daughters program.
Passionate about advancements in hearing device technologies, hearing health breakthroughs, and cognitive health research, Chad actively promotes initiatives like National Audiology Awareness Month, World Hearing Day, and the Campaign for Better Hearing. His mission is to help people connect and thrive in their daily lives through improved hearing.
Chad’s inspiration to become a hearing care provider stems from his father’s impact on others through personalized hearing care. He finds joy in witnessing the smiles and happy tears of those he helps, knowing he’s reconnecting families and loved ones.
Outside of work, Chad values family, outdoor activities, and living life to the fullest. He enjoys ranching, camping, growing vegetables and fruits, and embracing all things outdoors and sports.
