AudioNova is owned and supported by HAL Investments, an active long term investor who is fully committed to assist and finance AudioNova’s strategy.

HAL Investments is a subsidiary of HAL Holding NV which is an international investment company based in Curacao. All shares of HAL Holding NV are held by HAL Trust and form the trust’s entire assets. HAL Trust’s shares are quoted on the Euronext Amsterdam Stock Exchange. on December 31st 2010, HAL had a net asset value of approximately EUR 5.9 bn.

HAL has a diversified investment portfolio (active in approx. 20 different markets); HAL’s buy & build strategy in the optical retailing serves as an example for AudioNova’s ambition. Since 1996, HAL has build a world-wide optical retail group operating 4,400 stores in 40 countries, generating system-wide sales of EUR 2.7bn.
