Job profile
The IT department of AudioNova is responsible for the design, build, implementation and support of AudioNova’s European IT Blueprint. The IT Blueprint is an important part of the AudioNova growth strategy and is constantly being upgraded with new systems and applications to support AudioNova’s business. AudioNova develops and maintains her own shop system. The shop system is integrated with audio equipment and measurement systems and has interfaces to the financial and logistic system JD Edwards. As an IT-manager, software developer or infrastructure engineer, you will be assigned to projects to roll-out business applications and new processes in the AudioNova countries. Next to the project and development tasks you will be involved in support and maintenance of our systems. Besides the continuous improvement process, the systems are also subject to changes and updates because of the ongoing expansion of AudioNova.

Candidate profile
• HBO or Academic degree
• Relevant IT experience
• Background in FMCG, retail or IT consulting
• Fluent in English
• Knows the relevant IT frameworks and tools (ITIL, Prince, Agile/Scrum, UML)
• Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic attitude
• Empathy to co-operate with and communicate with our teams and people in other countries
• Great enthusiasm, ambition and entrepreneurial spirit
• Travelling is an essential part of the job
