Business Development Manager

To drive its ambitious growth strategy AudioNova is continuously seeking to recruit young high potentials, with excellent academic track record for its successful European Business Development Team.
What do we offer
As a Business Development Manager, you will work at the holding and/or in a local country organization, initiating and executing projects, getting to know our business and gaining experience in hearing aid retail. The most talented business developers will subsequently be asked to move into a line-management position in one of the operating companies in Europe.
Examples of BDM projects:
• Development and execution of integration projects
• White spot analysis
• International benchmark studies
• Support committees (Purchasing, Marketing & Sales)
• Operational due diligence
• Roll-out of rebranded stores
• Investment opportunities new markets (market entry strategy)
Candidate profile
• Academic degree
• Five to ten years of work experience in (strategy) consulting or marketing/sales
• Background in FMCG, retail or strategy consulting
• Fluent in English (preferably third language)
• High degree of autonomy / self starter
• Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic attitude
• Empathy to work with, communicate with and motivate employees
• Great enthusiasm, ambition and entrepreneurial spirit
