Business Controller

To drive its ambitious growth strategy Audionova is continuously seeking to recruit young high potentials, with excellent academic track records for its successful European Finance & Controlling Team.
What do we offer
As a Business Controller, you will work at the international holding and/or in a local country organisation, taking care of consolidation and reporting, performance reviews, business analyses, design and management of back-office processes, initiating and executing projects. In 3 to 5 years of fulfilling the function of Business Controller you will obtain knowledge and understanding of our systems, tools and hearing aid retail. The most talented Business Controllers will subsequently be asked to move into a line-management position in one of the operating companies in Europe.
Candidate profile
• Academic degree, preferably also postgraduate degree (e.g. RA / RC / CPA)
• Three to eight years of relevant work experience, preferably at least 3 years in auditing at one of the big 4
• Fluent in English (and preferably third language)
• Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic attitude
• Reliable, stable personality with hands-on mentality
• Team player without loosing own identity and objectivity
